Spencer Elden is that kid from the pool whose image as an infant was manipulated to make it appear that he was swimming underwater toward a dollar bill on a fishhook. It is not known whether he was earlier happy to be a part of musical history, but now he is claiming that he was exploited.

Spencer and his legal team believe that the album cover image is child pornography, and that the group and their label are in violation of US federal laws. He is demanding $150,000 in compensation damages from each of the 15 defendants named, including the business entity Nirvana, Warner Records, Universal Records, and the remaining band members.

NBC reporter Peter Alexander asked Biden during a cybersecurity summit on Wednesday what he would do if any US citizens remained in the country after the 31 August deadline.

The first blast happened near the eastern gate of the airport. Pentagon Spokesman John Kirby confirmed the explosions via Twitter and said they have caused "an unknown number of casualties."

According to reports, the second one targeted a hotel used as a meeting place for Americans outside the airport. Over 50 people have been injured in the incidents.

❗️Reports say the second blast was a car bomb that exploded outside the Baron Hotel near Kabul Airport. The Pentagon has confirmed that American citizens are among the casualties.

"We can confirm that the explosion at the Abbey Gate was the result of a complex attack that resulted in a number of US & civilian casualties. We can also confirm at least one other explosion at or near the Baron Hotel, a short distance from Abbey Gate," Pentagon Spokesperson John Kirby tweeted.

🤬Fort Lauderdale authorities have blamed Inter Miami CF for “playing foul” after it apparently failed to build public facilities around its stadium, as promised as part of its 2019 deal with the city.

Inter Miami pledged to construct sports fields, running and walking trails, a playground, and a public park to be opened next summer, promising to manage and pay for all construction. However, according to Vice Mayor of Fort Lauderdale Heather Moraitis, the club now uses the public land earmarked for the recreational park as a parking area, which has apparently been fenced off so people can't access it.

“I’m not even sure David Beckham knows what’s going on. I’d explain to him why my city and my people feel let down and I don’t think he’d support turning his back on a whole community. He’s a dream maker, not a dream killer,” Moraitis said.

Spencer Elden, who was photographed naked as a baby for Nivarna's “Nevermind” album cover, is now suing the band for alleged “commercial child sexual exploitation.” His lawyer Maggie Mabie said the cover art speaks for itself, adding that Elden, due to being a four-month-old baby at the time, wasn't able to give his consent to be photographed.

CNN host Chris Cuomo didn’t see it that way and questioned the idea that the 1991 album cover amounts to child pornography.

"I always thought that it was a suggestion of how right out of the womb, people are just grabbing for money and doing anything they can. I thought it was more about capitalism than it was sexuality," he remarked.
