When asked what Biden ought to tell Americans in connection with the end of the US mission there, Trump said that POTUS "should say 'I'm sorry' because he owes an apology".

"I think the best thing he can do is apologise to the American people and apologise to the world […]. The whole world deserves an apology", Trump told Fox Business.
