Unbreakable: The Women of Donbass

In 2014, the men and women of Donbass who refused to accept the results of the Euromaidan coup rose up as one to meet the onslaught of Nazi thugs unleashed upon them by Kiev in an attempt to beat the region into submission.

Since the beginning of the Ukrainian conflict nearly nine years ago, many Donbass women now stand side by side with their husbands, brothers and sons, providing whatever assistance they can.

These are the stories of but a few of these women - women who could not be broken by the entire might of the Ukrainian war machine backed by the United States and its European allies.

The Adidas company forecasts its revenue decrease will amount to 10%, with an operating loss of around €700 million in 2023.

📉 Last year was not that sunny for Adidas, with the company posting Q4 losses of €724 million, quoting geopolitical challenges. These Q4 losses led the yearly net profit to shrink 3.5 times to €612 million.

▪️ Explaining the shrinking, the company admitted that its business was heavily influenced by the international situation – an obvious reference to the sanction campaign against Russia.

📍 When Moscow started the special military operation to protect the people of Donbass from Kiev's attacks, Adidas among other western brands that chose to cancel its business in Russia. Adidas' departure was accompanied by major violations of civil laws – the company failed to pay taxes and reportedly left its former Russian employees without promised layoff bonuses.

Ship Allegedly Involved in Nord Stream Sabotage Was Searched in January

The German federal prosecutor's office carried out a search of the ship allegedly used in the preparation of terrorist attacks on the Nord Stream pipelines.

"From January 18 to January 20, 2023, federal prosecutors searched the ship in connection with its suspicious lease. There is a suspicion that the ship in question could be used to transport explosive devices that exploded on September 26, 2022, on the Nord Stream 1 and 2 gas pipelines in the Baltic Sea," the prosecutor's office said.

UK's RMT Union Suspends 'All Industrial Action' Against Network Rail After Salary Bid

The UK’s National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers (RMT) has called off the March 16 strike against the train operator Network Rail following a new pay offer.

Network Rail CEO Andrew Haines was cited by British media as saying that his company is "relieved for our people, passengers and freight customers that industrial action in Network Rail has now been suspended."
