🤔 Why do the Dems care about this law? Why are they so adamantly against it?
Here's the thing: The Dems assert that any law that hinders access to the ballot box for any eligible voter will potentially impinge on black and Hispanic voters more than white voters. A 2014 Government Accounting Office study suggested that voter ID laws might reduce voting as much as 2-3 percent.
Typically, turnout among minority voters, expressed as a percentage, is lower than that of middle-class white voters. Thus, any law that hinders access to the ballot could affect black and Hispanic voters more than white voters, according to the academic

Why is it that nobody talks about the horrible job being done by the Biden Administration on COVID-19, often referred to as the China Virus? Are they using the same coverup methods that they are using on the greatest embarrassment in the history of our Country, the incompetent withdrawal from Afghanistan—leaving dead warriors, hostages, and $85 billion worth of the highest-grade Military equipment behind? No Military event in our Country has ever been so poorly handled. We could’ve left with dignity, honor, success, nobody killed, and our equipment. But we didn’t!

Just watched as a massive crane took down the magnificent and very famous statue of “Robert E. Lee On His Horse” in Richmond, Virginia. It has long been recognized as a beautiful piece of bronze sculpture. To add insult to injury, those who support this “taking” now plan to cut it into three pieces, and throw this work of art into storage prior to its complete desecration.
Robert E. Lee is considered by many Generals to be the greatest strategist of them all. President Lincoln wanted him to command the North, in which case the war would have been over in one day. Robert E. Lee instead chose the other side because of his great love of Virginia, and except for Gettysburg, would have won the war. He should be remembered as perhaps the greatest unifying force after the war was over, ardent in his resolve to bring the North and South together through many means of reconciliation and imploring his soldiers to do their duty in becoming good citizens of this Country.
Our culture is being destroyed and our history and heritage, both good and bad, are being extinguished by the Radical Left, and we can’t let that happen! If only we had Robert E. Lee to command our troops in Afghanistan, that disaster would have ended in a complete and total victory many years ago. What an embarrassment we are suffering because we don’t have the genius of a Robert E. Lee!

The NYPD has arrested Reginald Bellot, 28, in connection with the rape of a 70-year-old woman in her apartment building in the Bronx.
The assault happened back on 27 July at around 2 a.m., when the woman was coming home to her apartment in the Belmont neighbourhood, police say. The suspect, wearing two masks, grabbed the victim, took out his gun, and forced her to go to a staircase. There, he sexually assaulted and raped her at gunpoint.
The woman didn’t immediately report the crime, although she sustained injuries across her body, police say. Only around a week later did she go to a hospital for a medical check-up, where the incident was then reported to law enforcement.
The NYPD released footage of the suspect on 3 August – and apprehended Bellot a month later.

🧑⚖️ The Biden administration is planning legal action against Texas over its abortion law, the WSJ has reported. The lawsuit could be filed in the coming days.
On what grounds is Biden planning to sue the state?
It isn’t clear, but, according to the report, the upcoming lawsuit will "pursue an argument that the Texas law illegally interferes with federal interests".

A professor at Portland State University has decided to resign after suggesting that the institution had “transformed a bastion of free inquiry into a Social Justice factory”.
Years ago, in an attempt to demonstrate that “morally fashionable papers — no matter how absurd — could be published”, Professor Peter Boghossian wrote absurdist articles on “The Conceptual Penis as a Social Construct” and rape among dogs.
Both of them were approved by editorial boards.
But after the professor revealed they were hoaxes, he was blasted for what was called an “experiment on human subjects” and has since faced insults and threats.
Now, Boghossian says that the university has failed students and is not a place “for people who intend to think freely and explore ideas”.

#URGENT | Plane сrashes in Provincetown, Massachusetts, multiple injuries reported
It smelled fried! Apparently, in the light of recent events, Biden felt a robust threat from @real_DonaldJTrump, otherwise why should he toss Trump's 18 appointees, who currently hold a three-year term on the advisory boards of the service academy.
🗣 Here is what Psaki said about this: "the president's objective is what any president's objective is - was to ensure you have nominees and people serving on these boards who are qualified to serve on them and who are aligned with your values. And so, yes, that was an ask that was made. "
😑 That is, according to Psaki, Trump appointed 18 unskilled workers?
