The FBI electronic communication document, dated April 4, 2016, consists of over a dozen pages of witness testimony collected during a November 2015 interview, regarding "significant logistic support" provided to two 9/11 hijackers, identified as Nawaf Al-Hazmi and Khalid Al-Midhar.
The people who provided support to the hijackers include Omar Al Bayoumi and Fahad Al Thumairy. Bayoumi is said to have had contacts with Osama Bassnan, a man who allegedly knew the Bin Laden family and maintained communication with them. Thumairy is said to have served as an administrative officer at the Saudi Consulate.

🖥🧑💻The official website of the Texas Republican Party was hacked on Saturday by the group Anonymous claiming to protest the state's restrictive new abortion law, reported Texas Public Radio.
Archived versions of the site, which has since gone dark, show content mocking and criticising the Texas Republican Party and GOP as a whole. For several hours, the website carried an Anonymous banner across the top of the page, a Rick Astley music video, an obscene photo, and a statement saying the party was "taking voices from women to promote theocratic erosion of church/state barriers".

❌Democratic Senator Joe Manchin announced Sunday that he will not support President Biden's signature $3.5 trillion budget bill unless spending is pared down by more than half.
"We've already put out $5.4 trillion and we've tried to help Americans in every way we possibly can and a lot of the help that we've put out there is still there and it's going to run clear until next year, 2022, so what's the urgency? What's the urgency that we have? It's not the same urgency that we had with the American Rescue Plan", the West Virginia senator said, referring to the $1.9 trillion coronavirus stimulus package passed by Congress in March.

😮🚓A Florida mom has been arrested for allegedly helping her son and his friend beat up another child, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office. Ashley Ruffin is accused of grabbing the boy by his hair and arm and holding him back while her son and another bully hit him.
The victim's mom called a sheriff’s deputy on 8 September to report an attack, after that Ruffin spent the night in jail. Two days after her arrest, she posted a Facebook video claiming she came across a recording of the victim assaulting her son and, when the school ignored her and her husband's request to "do things the right way", Ruffin decided to have a "conversation" with the family.
