❗️ In the pre-dawn hours of July 24, an attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out a terrorist attack using two unmanned aerial vehicles on targets in Moscow was foiled, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said there was no major damage or any casualties after the attempted Ukrainian drone strike at about 4:00 a.m. local time (01:00 GMT). The drones crashed after Russia’s defenses suppressed them using electronic warfare means.

The grain deal did not justify its humanitarian purpose and was used only to enrich the United States and Europe, Russian President Vladimir Putin wrote in an article noscriptd "Russia and Africa: Joining Efforts for Peace, Progress and a Successful Future" published by the Kremlin on Monday.

In Crimea, 11 Ukrainian drones were shot down by Russia’s air defense forces and suppressed by means of electronic warfare, said Sergey Aksenov, head of the region.

🇷🇺🇪🇬 Transmashholding (TMH), a major Russian manufacturer of locomotives and passenger trains, will supply engines for the nuclear power plant under construction in El Dabaa, Egypt, the company's Chief Executive Officer Kirill Lipa told Sputnik.

Lipa explained that TMH is developing cooperation with Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom in Africa, including as part of a memorandum signed in 2022.

▪️During the year, 32.8 million tons of cargo were exported from Ukraine, of which 70% went to countries with high or upper-middle incomes, including the EU, yet Ethiopia, Sudan and Somalia, as well as Yemen and Afghanistan received less than 3% of the total volume.

▪️The deal was in fact shamelessly used solely to enrich the United States and Europe, who resold the grain from Ukraine.

▪️None of the terms of the deal on removing the sanctions from Russian grain and fertilizer exports to world markets was fulfilled.

▪️Barriers are mounted even on Russia's free transfer of mineral fertilizers to countries in need.

▪️Out of 262,000 tons of products blocked in European ports, only two shipments were sent: 20,000 tons to Malawi and 34,000 tons to Kenya.

▪️ The rest remains in the unscrupulous hands of the Europeans, despite the fact that we are talking about a purely humanitarian action, to which no sanctions should apply in principle.

▪️Russia will continue to work vigorously on organizing the supply of grain, food and fertilizers to Africa.

▪️Russia is able to replace Ukrainian grain both on a commercial and on a free-of-charge basis, especially since a record harvest is expected again this year.

▪️Russia will dynamically develop the entire range of economic ties with Africa, both with individual countries and associations.

▪️Moscow places great importance on the Russia-Africa summit, and plans are in store to adopt a comprehensive declaration, a number of joint statements, and approve the action plan of the partnership forum.

▪️A weighty package of intergovernmental and interdepartmental agreements and memorandums is being prepared for signing.

🇷🇺 Last night, an attempt by the Kiev regime to carry out a terrorist attack using 17 drones targeting areas on the Crimean peninsula was foiled, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

Fourteen Ukrainian drones were suppressed by means of electronic warfare, 11 of them plunged into the Black Sea, and 3 more crashed on Crimean soil, while another 3 were taken out by Russia’s air defenses. Thus, there were no casualties from the quashed terror attempt, the ministry said.
