⚡️Explosion in Taganrog, Russia leaves 15 injured

The Kiev regime has carried out a terrorist attack using an S-200 missile converted into a strike version on a residential infrastructure of the city of Taganrog.

The airborne Ukrainian missile was pinpointed and intercepted by Russia's air defense systems. Fragments of the downed rocket fell on the territory of Taganrog, Russian MoD said.

❗️ Another missile was downed by the air defense systems in the Rostov Region’s Azov district, and a probe of the incident’s aftermath is in progress, the governor said.

Russia's Rosatom to Create Nuclear Power Fleet for Africa

"Apart from direct supplies, creation of floating nuclear power plant is in the interest of any of the [African] governments, we have proposed one more modification of this project. It is the creation of nuclear energy fleet so that electricity is sold to consumers directly from aboard a nuclear power plant," Likhachev explained.

Likhachev added that there is also an agreement on the participation of the New Development Bank of BRICS to financially support Rosatom's projects in Africa, including the ones on the construction of nuclear power plants.

The first cargo train from China arrived in Russia via a railway bridge over the Amur River, the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) said. The bridge section of the Tongjiang-Nizhneleninskoe railroad is 2.2 kilometers (1.36 miles) long and provides for in-turn passage of both Chinese and Russian standard trains. The maximum carrying capacity of the bridge is 20 million tonnes per year.

The opening of the bridge has created a new transport corridor between Russia and China, reducing the distance of cargo transportation to China's northern provinces by 700 kilometers. It will enable an increase in the exchange of goods between the countries and ensure the development of new projects in the Jewish Autonomous Region and Chinese border provinces.

Americans move to Russia to preserve traditional values

The aggressive promotion of so-called “diversity” and “inclusivity” in the United States nowadays has apparently led some Americans to move to countries such as Russia, where traditional values are respected and protected by the government and society.

An unspecified number of Americans, all of them “accomplished people of traditional values,” have ended up moving from the United States to Russia and settling near the city of Serpukhov in the Moscow Region, said Evgeny Primakov, head of the Russian Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs.

The Personal Consumption Expenditure (PCE) Index, a US inflation indicator closely followed by the Federal Reserve, rose by a relatively modest 3% in the year to June, according to data on Friday that showed further progress in the central bank’s efforts of fighting price growth with high interest rates.

The growth in the PCE Index was precisely as forecast by economists polled by US media. It also matched the June annual growth of 3% in the Consumer Price Index (CPI), which serves as a broader measure of inflation. In comparison to June, the PCE Index grew by 3.8% in May.

New NATO facility in Poland to repair tanks from Ukraine

NATO intends to construct a new facility in the city of Rzeszow in southeastern Poland, a Canadian newspaper reported on Friday, citing Canadian and Polish officials familiar with the matter.

The compound, which will be located off the city and less than 100 kilometers (62 miles) from the Ukrainian border, is expected to serve as a maintenance hub for NATO military equipment rather than a full-scale military base, the sources told the Canadian news outlet.
