🗣️ On the US wars against the states that do not obey America:
“Most of the US wars over the last few decades have been pummeling some Third World country out of line with the US into submission with air power, and they've proved pretty good at that... But taking on Russian air defense, the best air defense in the world, that is a whole other magnitude of problems. So it's a matter of the tool for the problem,” Mark Sleboda, international affairs and security analyst, told Sputnik.

🗣️ On how popular movements in Niger and in west Africa are fighting back against ECOWAS and against neocolonialism:
“Many people within the region view this not necessarily as a military coup d'état, it may have started out like that. But now it's evolved into a popular rebellion or a liberation movement against neo-colonialism in Niger and throughout the West Africa region. So that's what has distinguished, what has happened in Niger over the last three weeks with what has happened in the past,”Abayomi Azikiwe, the editor of the Pan-African News Wire, told Sputnik.

A Russian and an American military expert told Sputnik that if Russia decides to use cluster munitions in response to the US arming Ukraine with the same weapons, it will most likely be careful and calculated, since unlike with American military interventions, the Russians have to live with their neighbors afterward.
🗣 "The consequences of the use of such weapons for the civilian population are known. Before, American representatives have repeatedly stated that the use of cluster munitions is a war crime," Shoigu said. "Today, Washington and its accomplices are committing this crime in Ukraine. There is no condemnation from humanitarian organizations, as expected.”
How Russia's position on cluster munitions in conflict differs from US?

🇰🇵 North Korean Defense Minister on nuclear war: question is who will start It
🗣 "Nuclear war on the Korean Peninsula is no longer a question of whether it will be, but a question of who will start it and when. The nuclear war mania by the United States and their puppets in the Republic of Korea [South Korea] is turning the Korean Peninsula and Northeast Asia into a new hotbed of nuclear war," North Korean Defense Minister Kang Sun Nam said during the 11th Moscow Conference on International Security.
The current political and military situation demonstrates that solving the issue on the Korean peninsula via a dialogue "is an empty phrase" due to actions of the US, Hyon added.
