🇮🇷🇷🇺 Tehran and Moscow have signed a five-year cooperation agreement on the standardization of products traded between the two countries, in particular non-industrial goods and halal products, the Iranian Embassy in Russia said.

The document was signed by Anton Shalaev, the head of the Russian Federal Technical Regulation and Metrology Agency, and Mehdi Eslampanah, the head of the Iranian National Standard Organization, at a meeting in Moscow. During the event, the sides also exchanged lists of priority goods to establish a common standard and facilitate bilateral trade.

At least three deaths were reported following the hurricane. One individual was killed in Georgia after a tree fell on a vehicle, according to a state official. In Florida, authorities said two men were also killed in separate rain-related crashes just hours before the storm impacted the state.

No casualties were reported and the building suffered only minor damage to its faсade, Kursk region governor Roman Starovoit said.

The second UAV was not confirmed, as the first Ukrainian UAV was mistaken for another one. The attack did not affect the operation of the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant.

📹 Russian MT-12 Rapira guns batter Ukrainian positions

The MT-12 is a classic Soviet anti-tank gun, still very effective as a light artillery piece, given that it has a relatively large 100mm caliber for its weight.

The guns primarily use an OF15 high-explosive shell, weighing almost 30 kg, with 16.7 kg of explosive filler inside. They can be fired at ranges up to 8.2 kilometers, causing massive damage to both enemy infantry and defensive structures.

India's #Kakrapar Nuclear Plant Reaches Full Capacity with Indigenous Developed Reactor

🇮🇳 The 700 MW reactor, which utilizes heavy water, was commissioned in June and initially operated at 90% capacity. Additionally, another reactor at the same plant is nearing completion and is expected to be operational by 2024.

🔋 These new additions will greatly enhance Kakrapar's power output, surpassing its previous two 220 MW reactors. The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) is also actively pursuing similar projects in Rajasthan, Haryana, and other states.

▪Presently, India's nuclear power plants collectively have a total capacity of 6,780 MW, with plans to expand it to 16,700 MW as outlined by the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB).

The RS-28 Sarmat is Russia’s next-generation silo-based, three-stage, liquid-fueled, multiple independently targetable reentry vehicle (MIRV)-equipped ICBM. The missile has an operational range of up to 18,000 km, enough to target almost any spot on Earth, and can reportedly be equipped with 10–15 warheads, up to two dozen Avangard hypersonic glide vehicles, or a combination of warheads and countermeasures, including dummy warheads to distract and fool enemy missile defenses.

🪖 Ukraine shells Donetsk 90 times amid start of academic year in Russia

The city has been under constant fire since early morning, with at least four people injured in the Kievsky district, a Sputnik correspondent has reported.

Ukrainian forces shelled the city of Donetsk at least 90 times, mostly using NATO-supplied 155 mm artillery rounds, as well as MLRS rockets (conventional and incendiary), and three cluster bombs.

One of the shells hit the Donetsk City shopping mall, killing a six-year-old girl and injuring more than 10 people.
