The Council of Europe is seeking up to 45 specialists and is planning to spend €55,000 on consultancy fees alone, according to an RT report.

Together with the Armenian authorities, the contractors will revise the regulatory framework and the military and law enforcement officers will start applying "European standards" to their work.

The Council of Europe launched several other initiatives in Armenia, including a €1.4 million tender to find consultants for a project to "support judicial reform".
