Speaker Kevin McCarthy suggested extending US government funding without aid to Kiev

💬 “I think if we had a clean one without Ukraine on it we could probably be able to move that through,” McCarthy stated after a GOP conference meeting when asked about a clean continuing resolution. “I think if the Senate puts Ukraine on there and focuses [on] Ukraine over America, I think that could cause real problems.”

The Senate is considering a separate, bipartisan continuing resolution that would fund the government through Nov. 17 and includes $5.99 billion for disaster relief and $6.15 billion for the Kiev regime - a figure that has sparked criticism from Republicans in both chambers.

Ukrainian Nazi veteran Yaroslav Hunka and his family are in hiding amid a scandal in the Canadian parliament, US TV channel reported, citing a family friend

On September 22, Hunka, a 98-year-old former volunteer with the 14th Waffen SS Grenadier Division, a Nazi military unit declared a criminal organization during the Nuremberg trials in 1946, was invited to the Canadian parliament by Speaker Anthony Rota and lauded as a "hero" who fought against the Russians in World War Two.

Rota resigned over the backlash that followed the exposure of Hunka's role in the notorious SS.

🤐 Donald Trump will hold Silicon Valley tech giants accountable for alleged censorship, according to his words

Accusations of inconsistent content moderation and censorship were directed at X (previously Twitter), Meta*, and Google in 2022. These allegations ignited substantial concerns regarding free speech and its influence on public conversations.

Trump was famously banned from social media sites for his comments during the 2021 Capitol riots.

In response, Trump launched Truth Social, a social media platform committed to free speech without censorship based on political ideology.

*Meta is banned in Russia as an extremist organization.

🗣️ India Cannot Afford to Trust the US

India is a problem for the US, but right now they need India against China. So they have a kind of a balancing strategy. On the one hand, they will support India when it comes to their interests against China, but they will also oppose India in a variety of ways. They will create problems for India… They want to keep India destabilized and off-balance so that India doesn't rise too much and India doesn't really achieve its full potential,Abhijit Chavda, Indian geopolitical analyst, told Sputnik.

Scott Ritter: Abrams tanks will become ‘mobile steel coffins’ for Ukrainian crews

Around 500 Ukrainian soldiers have undergone an intensive ten-week course on the operation and maintenance of the M1A1 at the US Army’s Grafenwöhr training facility in West Germany.

Nevertheless, the Ukrainian soldiers trained by the US Army will possess only the most basic skill levels associated with the M1A1 Abrams. They will lack any tactical or operational skill when it comes to the employment of the tank in combat.

Read Scott Ritter's latest article to learn how Ukraine's unrealistic expectations of operating Abrams tanks will soon collide with harsh reality.
