You've probably never seen an edition of the Msta-S self-propelled howitzer quite like this: it looks like a good old Russian izba (hut) with a massive 152 mm barrel and special anti-drone shield on top.

The logs provide some extra protection against enemy projectiles and are able to help the howitzer move even in difficult weather conditions, as well as through swamps and mud.

The footage shows combat work of the howitzer against Ukrainian infantry fighting vehicles.
