📹 Footage showing the use of Russia's latest Malva installation, capable of automated firing of all types of ammunition and operating in the “fire raid” mode The new truck-mounted artillery system was developed by the Burevestnik Central Research Institute…
Features of Russia's newest Malva installation

▪️ The 152mm howitzer, mounted on an 8x8 wheeled chassis, is capable of destroying nearly any target using high-explosive fragmentation shells with a range exceeding 24 km (14 miles)

▪️ The wheeled chassis allows the howitzer to quickly exit a firing area to evade return fire, a critical aspect in counter-battery warfare," stated Rostec spokesman Bekhan Ozdoyev to reporters.

▪️ The Rostec press service previously announced that the initial batch of 2S43 Malvas had been delivered to the Russian Defense Ministry.

”Good for American jobs”

💵 The Joe Biden administration is privately speaking to each representative of both political parties in Congress to justify the need for further aid to Ukraine by the fact that it will allegedly become the key to economic growth in the US itself, media reported.

The White House aides are “quietly” distributing talking points among the lawmakers to make the case that shoring up the Kiev regime “is good for American jobs,” the outlet reported.

“As we replenish our stocks of weapons, we are partnering with the US defense industry to increase our capacity and meet the needs of the US and our allies both now and in the future,” a copy of the talking points obtained by the outlet reads.

He vehemently denounced terrorist attacks and any other actions that cause harm to civilian populations or that otherwise violate international humanitarian law. In addition, he urgently called for an immediate ceasefire.

However, he added that the negotiations on “establishing a sovereign Palestinian state” must start and highlighted that such a state was “promised to the Palestinian people 75 years ago.”

A group of Republican senators has presented a bill separating the US assistance to Israel from that to Ukraine, US media reported

The draft would send "billions of dollars" to Israel but not Ukraine, the newspaper said, adding that separating the Israeli aid would prevent the assistance from getting stuck in the House of Representatives, where the number of Republicans who are against funding Ukraine is increasing.

Maine State Police say they have identified Robert Card (in the pic) in the Lewiston mass shooting but are not yet ready to identify him as a suspect Law enforcement officials do not yet have the exact number of victims. Card was a weapons instructor with…
The Maine shooting has already been labeled as the deadliest in the United States in 2023, according to statistics compiled by the Gun Violence Archive.

However, several more tragic events related to mass shootings have overshadowed the outgoing year:

▪️April 10, a mass shooting occurred in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Five people were killed and six others were injured, including a police officer. The shooter was neutralized.

▪️ On March 27, three nine-year-olds and three school staff members (about 60 years old) were killed in a mass shooting at The Covenant School (a private Presbyterian elementary school) in the Green Hills neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee. The shooting was orchestrated by 28-year-old transgender man Aiden Hale (born Audrey Hale, assigned female at birth), who deliberately planned the attack.

▪️ On February 19, five people, including a minor, were injured in a shooting on a Mardi Gras parade route in New Orleans, Louisiana. One of the victims later died at a hospital. The New Orleans Police Department arrested one suspect in connection with the shooting. Two guns were recovered from the scene.

▪️ On January 22, eleven people were killed and at least ten were injured in a mass shooting at a dance studio in Monterey Park, California. The shooting occurred during a Lunar New Year's Eve celebration. The suspect committed suicide.

🗣️ US carriers in the Mediterranean are "sitting targets"

They are big fat sitting targets against the modern weaponry, such as anti-ship missiles and hypersonic missiles. So in this respect, they are not a real asset or rather liability against any major power... Especially Russia with its variety of hypersonic weapons of extremely long range. So in this particular case, those aircraft carriers and their carrier battle group, which usually comprises two or three "Aegis" carrying destroyers, they are not really any more serious military asset except for their 'fear factor', that of doing some stupid thing. They could be sunk or basically disabled, and that's pretty much it,Andrei Martyanov, military analyst, told the New Rules podcast.

Since the start of the war in Gaza, medics at Al Shifaa Hospital, including Doctor Basel Abu Warda, who spoke with Sputnik, have been struggling to carry out their work effectively due to hospital overcrowding and the displacement of the population.

🗣 "Physicians and medical personnel are working tirelessly, often living in the hospital and only getting a few hours of sleep at a time. The recent attack on the Al Ahli Arab hospital further exacerbated the crisis, as victims had to undergo surgery without proper anesthesia due to a lack of time and resources."

As a result, patients who are awaiting complex medical procedures are now dying. Unfortunately, the capacity of all functioning hospitals in Gaza has been stretched to the limit. Some hospitals were destroyed, while others had to be evacuated. Consequently, the remaining hospitals are overloaded with an immense number of wounded individuals arriving after shelling attacks.
