👀 'Rules for thee, but not for Ds' : Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, D., was caught going maskless...again!

She was caught on video without a face covering at a crowded bar during her trip to Washington, DC, breaking the indoor mask mandate.

This move didn't go unnoticed by critics, who implied that breaking COVID-19 policies has become a tradition for her.

🗣 "Governor Whitmer broke her own rule? That would be shocking except that we've seen this movie before," Fox News contributor Joe Concha said.

🇺🇸 Former US President Donald Trump has spoken against a tax on billionaires, which is being weighed by Democrats in a new spending bill:

“What country will be the primary beneficiary from a ‘Billionaires Tax,’ or Wealth Tax? Where will wealthy people and companies move to, leaving the United States high and dry?” Trump asked in a statement.

“I just wonder, will I be allowed to run for president again if I move to another country? No, I guess I’ll just stick it out, but most others won’t!” he added.

Julian Assange's supporters have gathered in front of the court building in London, on the second day of his extradition hearing.
🛫 An Indian man who spent three months living at a Chicago airport has been acquitted on a felony trespassing charge.

Aditya Singh, 37, spent three months at the O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, the US, pretending to be an airport worker and a passenger instead of flying home to India.

The man was reportedly arrested in January after airport workers saw him wearing a badge that another employee had previously reported missing.

However, an airport security regulator found that Singh didn't violate the airport's rules, as he "arrived there like tens of thousands of arriving passengers do every day, by stepping off a plane".

The man though still faces a charge for violating electronic monitoring rules, and will appear in court on Friday, according to reports.

😳 Residents of Mankato city in Minnesota were required to state their home addresses at a school board meeting on 18 October before they could speak.

Chair of the board for Mankato Area Public Schools, Jodi Sapp, has unveiled new rules for conducting board meetings, Fox News has reported.

According to the new rules, residents are not allowed to address an individual school board member. Moreover, every speaker has to publicly state their home address – despite concerns about possible violence.

🗣 "Crowd noise, or any sort of grandstanding during open forum, including applause, talking, hollering or any outburst will result in open forum being closed", Sapp reportedly added.
