The Biden administration's military backing of Israel is being looked into amid growing concerns that Israel disproportionally uses American ammo against civilians.
While the White House's guidelines clearly say that deliveries of weapons should be suspended if there are suspicions that violations of international law are "more likely than not" to occur, Team Biden has not been carrying out real-time assessments of Tel Aviv's adherence to the laws of war, as per the Washington Post.
Five Democratic senators have warned Biden that the "risk of violating international law and our own standards increases as Israel uses explosive weapons in densely populated areas," while over a dozen Democratic lawmakers called to condition the funds on Tel Aviv prioritizing civilian protection.

EXPOSED: US mercenaries from Ukraine spotted operating in Gaza on behalf of Israel
The American mercenary firm, Forward Observations Group (FOG), previously known for its presence in Ukraine, has claimed to have active members engaged in combat inside Gaza on behalf of Israel.
FOG's official social media accounts have posted numerous photos and videos from Israel, including the southern territories near the Gaza border and the Gaza Strip itself. Some of the images show equipment decked out with both US and Ukrainian flags.
Since March 2022, FOG members have made multiple visits to Ukraine. The company openly acknowledges its involvement in fighting alongside the Kiev regime, namely, in the battle for Severodonetsk.
Forward Observations Group was officially registered as a private company in the state of Nevada on October 15, 2020. It was founded by Derrick Bales, a former US soldier who has served in Afghanistan.
