A local Satanic organization has convinced a school district in Delaware County that its dress code discriminated against Satanists.

The district's dress code prohibits clothing and items that were sexually explicit, those that promote violence or promote the use of alcohol or drugs, any items with obscene or "disrespectful" language, or satanic imagery.

The district's superintendent, Eleanor DiMarino-Linnen, has sent out an announcement confirming the change, WPVI reported.
