❗️ Key points about Russia’s relations with the West from Putin’s interview with Tucker Carlson:

▪️ The West has begun to realize the impossibility of Russia’s strategic defeat, let it think about what to do next, we are ready for dialogue.

▪️ NATO can honorably recognize Russia's control of the new territories, the options are there if the will is there.

▪️ Russian and US intelligence services are discussing the issue of releasing journalist Evan Gershkovich, there is no taboo on solving the problem, but there are certain conditions.

▪️ Russia voluntarily and proactively agreed to the collapse of the Soviet Union, expecting that this would be understood as a proposal for cooperation and alliance.

▪️ Answering the question about NATO or CIA involvement in the Nord Stream explosion: we need to look for someone who wanted and could do it.

▪️ Putin has not spoken to Biden since February 2022, but Russia and the United States have certain contacts.

▪️ Putin said that he did not tell Orban about the possibility of Hungary getting part of the lands of Ukraine, but it is reliably known that the Hungarians living there want to return to their historical homeland.

▪️ Russian troops can be sent to Poland only if it attacks Russia: Moscow has no interests either there or in Latvia.

▪️ Horror stories about Russia are needed to extract money from taxpayers for the confrontation with Russia in Ukraine.

▪️ Russia's involvement in a global war is contrary to common sense and is absolutely impossible.

❗️ Putin's talk about the history of Ukraine lasted 25 minutes.

The president started with the creation of the Russian state in 862 and ended at the present day.

He called his historical account "boring," but noted that it "explains a lot."

Carlson disagreed: "It is not boring, no."

❗️ Vladimir Putin believes Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky definitely had freedom of choice, but he chose to support neo-Nazis, the Russian President stressed in an interview with Tucker Carlson.

"I don't know the details," said President Putin. "Of course, it's difficult for me to judge, but I believe he has [freedom of choice]. In any case, he used to have. His father fought against the fascist Nazis during World War Two. I once talked to him about this. I said, Volodymyr, what are you doing? Why are you supporting neo-Nazis in Ukraine today when your father fought against fascism? He was a frontline soldier. I will not tell you what he answered. This is a separate topic, and I think it's improper for me to do so. But as to freedom of choice. Why not? He came to power on the expectations of Ukrainian people that he would lead Ukraine to peace. He talked about this. It was thanks to this that he won the elections overwhelmingly."

🇪🇬 🇷🇺 Egypt to receive Russian nuclear fuel components

The Rosatom State Nuclear Corporation has signed a contract for the delivery of components in 2024, as announced by Tvel, a company belonging to the corporation.

⚛️ The list of supplied products includes uranium components, as well as aluminum alloy parts and aluminum powder.

These components are intended for the ETRR-1 light water reactor supplied by the USSR for the Inshas experimental nuclear power plant.

Furthermore, a new batch of products was recently delivered to Egypt under contracts signed in Sochi in November 2022, according to the statement.

Tvel also has hopes to supply nuclear fuel for Egypt's El-Dabaa power plant, which is currently being constructed by Rosatom. In January, Vladimir Putin and Abdel Fattah al-Sissi launched the pouring concrete for the fourth unit of the plant.

"Meanwhile Putin just recited the last 1000 years of European and Russian history for 30 minutes," X users compared Biden's surprise speech at the White House to Putin's speech during an interview with Tucker Carlson.

US President Joe Biden during a press conference rejected the Special Counsel denoscription of him having poor memory, saying he knows what he's doing and that he 'put the country back on its feet'. However, in the same speech, Biden called Egyptian President El-Sisi the president of Mexico.

❗️ The Ukraine conflict was not started by Russia in 2022, but by the Kiev regime in 2014, President Vladimir Putin explained to Tucker Carlson.

“It was they who started the war in 2014. Our goal is to stop this war. And we did not start this war in 2022. This is an attempt to stop it,” Putin stressed.

❗️The root cause of the Ukrainian conflict was the "pointless" coup in 2014, Russian President Vladimir Putin told Tucker Carlson.

“Although it was pointless, believe me -- because President Yanukovych agreed to all conditions, he was ready to hold an early election, which he had no chance of winning, frankly speaking. Everyone knew that."

"Then, why the coup? Why the victims? Why threatening Crimea? Why launching an operation in Donbas? This I do not understand. That is exactly what the miscalculation is. The CIA did its job to complete the coup,” the president said.

Americans should keep in mind that Russians can’t forget their historical experience — CIA Veteran

Russian President Vladimir Putin's interview with US journalist Tucker Carlson has shown that what's happening in Ukraine and the world today is not something that has just developed in the last 50 years, as per Larry Johnson, retired CIA intelligence officer and State Department official.

"Putin believes, as I do, that history helps shape the present. And if you don't understand where you've been, you'll have a tough time to understand where you're going," Johnson told Sputnik.

"I think it is difficult for the average American to even comprehend that because the United States of America has barely been in existence for less than 250 years. So just one quarter of Russia's history."

When it comes to the ongoing NATO proxy war in Ukraine, one should remember that the events of the WW2 are still "very fresh" in the memory of Russians and the damage inflicted on Russians by the Nazis isn't something that can be easily forgotten, according to the CIA veteran.

Russia didn't start the Ukraine conflict in 2022, Putin stressed during the interview, but attempted to stop hostilities peddled by the post-coup Kiev regime backed by neo-Nazis. De-Nazification remains one of the key goals of the Russian special operation, the Russian president said, referring to modern Ukraine making former Hitler collaborators Stepan Bandera and Roman Shukhevych national heroes.

Team Biden's effort to make Gershkovich case a boogeyman for Americans is nonsensical – CIA veteran

The US State Department and mainstream media are fearmongering over Russia in order to scare Americans and make them stay away from the country, Larry Johnson, retired CIA intelligence officer and State Department official, told Sputnik, adding that Tucker Carlson's interview has busted US propaganda.

"As I watched our State Department continue to tell American people 'stay away, it's a dangerous place, you're going to get picked up and you're going to be interrogated and imprisoned,' -- it's such nonsense," the CIA veteran said, referring to the case of Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich.

Johnson stressed that "it looks like [Gershkovich] was being used as an intelligence asset."

"He got caught. And maybe he was deliberate bait, he was set up so that he would be caught in order to put pressure on Russia. That's one possibility. Or it could have been that the CIA was just sloppy and incompetent. That's another possibility," the former CIA analyst said.

During the interview with Carlson, Russian President Vladimir Putin did not rule out that the WSJ reporter could be released, stressing that Gershkovich was caught red-handed: "We don't rule out we can do that if our partners make reciprocal steps."
