Prosecutors in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial have been accused of withholding more evidence from the defence — this time the identity of the "Jump Kick Man".

Fox News has reported that 39-year-old Maurice Freeland – one of Rittenhouse's alleged victims – approached the prosecution before the trial offering to testify.

Freeland, who has a two-decade criminal record, "approached the prosecution to testify in exchange for immunity for other charges". The prosecutors rejected the offer, according to the report.

The alleged cover-up of his identity could give Rittenhouse's defence a third or fourth cause to demand a mistrial from Judge Schroeder.

Age is just a number! It's more important how you feel! 😆

Who would have thought that a desire to bring Christmas closer and spread a little of holiday spirit could end up being a punishable offense?

😬 Florida resident Michael Moffa received a $1,000 fine notification from his homeowner's association for decorating his house for Christmas too early.

According to the letter, the man violated his HOA agreement by installing Christmas lights, which is not allowed until Thanksgiving Day - that is the last Thursday in November.

Moffa even hired a company, as he couldn’t climb up on the roof of his house in Westchase, but all was in vain. Now, every day that goes by adds another $100 fine, unless the lights are removed.
Republican Senator Tom Cotton claimed on Friday that President Biden should apologize for suggesting that 18-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse is a “white supremacist.”

Soon after the jury reached a verdict, Biden was asked whether he “stands by his past comments equating” Rittenhouse to white supremacy, but the president refused to provide a straight answer.

Last October, then-Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden wrote that then-president Donald Trump failed to “disavow white supremacists,” referring to Kyle Rittenhouse, who shot and killed two people during a BLM protest last year.
