We had a great time in Sunrise, FL yesterday. Very exciting, informative, and fun. We will be back in the area for a major rally in the not too distant future. See you then!
🙃💰US President Joe Biden claims that the average American has become richer under his presidency compared with 2020, despite the inflation and pandemic.

"Americans are back at work at a record-setting pace. And families have more money in their pockets: Americans on average have about $100 more in their pockets each month than they did last year, after accounting for inflation".

🤔Of course it's easy to compare with the most difficult year but what about the years before 2020? Inflation in the US keeps setting new records - reaching levels not seen since 1982 - after it hit a 6.8% year-to-year level in November.

The city of Mayfield, Kentucky is clearing up the debris that the calamitous tornado left. Trucks are almost standing in line, and excavators are working. Constructing crews are heading to impacted areas.
A Michigan woman faces up to nine years in prison after trying to hire a hitman to kill her ex-husband.

Wendy Wein came across a website, Rent-A-Hitman, that promised to "handle your delicate situation" privately and in a timely manner. She offered to pay someone at the website $5,000 to have her husband killed. She provided his home address, place of work and his schedule.
But there was a problem. The Rent-A-Hitman site is not a real site, instead, it exists to dupe those looking for hired killers.

Wein was arrested and pleaded guilty last month and now faces up to nine years in prison. Her sentencing is scheduled for January, and she is one of several Rent-A-Hitman "clients" who've been found guilty of using the site to actually solicit a murder.

🇺🇸🌪The tornado death toll in Kentucky stands at over 80, but is expected to surpass 100, Governor Andy Beshear says. He told CNN's State of the Union on Sunday that one of the tornadoes was on the ground for at least 227 miles (365 km), 200 of which were in Kentucky, and there are whole towns that have been destroyed.
❄️🌧The weather has hit the US hard this season.

Now it's California's turn, with the state’s biggest snowfall yet this season. Snow totals of 3 to 5 feet are likely for the Sierra Nevada, with isolated areas receiving up to 8 feet. Some areas could see snowfall rates of over 2 inches an hour.

Good news for coastal and valley regions of California, as well as the Pacific Northwest that will see at least 1 to 3 inches of some much-needed rain in the drought-stricken region.
A slow-motion execution

The fiancee of Julian Assange, Stella Moris, accused the UK of playing the “executioner” in a US “plot” to kill the WikiLeaks publisher.

“The US government plotted to kill him and have found a way to do so - get the UK state to play the role of executioner,” she said.“It is horrifying that Britain has let itself be instrumentalised by a foreign power to bring about travesty”.

Moris’ comments came shortly after a group of physicians again called on the UK government to release Assange from custody so that he can be provided with sufficient medical care.

The group - Doctors for Assange - wrote in a release: “The health of Mr. Assange and the health of our democracy, which depends on a free press and judicial integrity, are both in serious jeopardy. This shameful and deeply damaging case should be dropped now, and Julian Assange granted his long overdue freedom”.
Hillary Clinton is warning that the US may not survive another Trump presidency or White House bid, adding that it ‘could be the end of our democracy’.

🗣"If he or someone of his ilk were once again to be elected president, especially if he had a Congress that would do his bidding, you will not recognise our country,” said the 2016 Democratic nominee during an NBC interview.

Speaking about whether Trump would run again, the former secretary of state was confident.
“If I were a betting person right now, I'd say Trump is going to run again,” she said.

🤔How many Americans believe that democracy has already ended in the country?
