💹 Should members of Сongress own stock?

🗣 House Speaker Nancy Pelosi
said, “We’re a free-market economy,” defending rules that allow members of Congress to own individual stocks. Pelosi’s position is opposed by many House liberals, such as Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who say that members possess sensitive information, thus making it unethical for them to own stock.

The speaker's husband, Paul Pelosi, has made countless bets on high-profile companies that his wife is tasked with regulating. Pelosi has said she has no knowledge of her husband’s trading decisions and does not own any stock herself.

😃 Is there any woman on the planet who does not know what her husband is doing with their money?
