"For 90 minutes, the world got to watch what was, frankly speaking, an embarrassment for American democracy. Neither candidate did well. Let’s just be clear about that. "Media reports have a 40% reduction in encounters since the executive order was signed. That still keeps us at over 1 million [illegal crossings on the southern border] per year," he said.
