"Now they [Western nations] are trying to formalize the decision nicely," Lavrov said during roundtable on the Ukraine crisis with foreign ambassadors.

"We are very happy with the arrangement that we have with Russia. I'm deeply satisfied because the Russian government shows us readiness that we've done new gas arrangement very soon, almost instantly. And that's something really important for our economy, but of course for our citizens," Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia Aleksandar Vulin told Sputnik.

“We are the only part of Europe where anti-Russian hysteria has not taken place. We do not try to forbid Russian media to do their job, like in all other parts of Europe. And one of the most important parts of democracy is freedom of choice, freedom of information, freedom of voice,” Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin told Sputnik.

Ukraine’s targets are “residential buildings, energy and industrial infrastructure, social facilities,” the Russian foreign minister said.
