Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Sonia Sotomayor rebutted a recent NPR claim, which was later cited by many media outlets, that the conservative judge refused to wear a mask on the bench despite requests to do so.

How come Biden picks a reporter off a list, in all cases softball questions, and then reads the answer? I would never have been allowed to get away with that, nor would I have to!

The US Supreme Court has blocked an attempt by former President Donald Trump to keep White House records related to the January 6 Capitol riot from the US House Select Committee investigating the incident, according to a court order.
🗣 "The application for stay of mandate and injunction pending review presented to the Chief Justice and by him referred to the Court is denied. The questions whether and in what circumstances a former President may obtain a court order preventing disclosure of privileged records from his tenure in office, in the face of a determination by the incumbent President to waive the privilege, are unprecedented and raise serious and substantial concerns," the US Supreme Court said in the order on Wednesday

Alec Baldwin is being sued by the family of Marin for slander, as he falsely accused the soldier who was killed in Afghanistan during the 2021 withdrawal, media reported Wednesday.
💸 After the soldier’s death, Baldwin found Rua, one of Marin’s sisters, and sent her a $5,000 check for his widow Jenna Creighton and her newborn, according to a lawsuit.
But then he suddenly another one of his sisters, Roice, of taking part in last year's riots in the nation's capital and called her a "rebel" after she posted an Instagram photo she took on January 6, 2021 at the Washington Monument.
🗣 “Your activities resulted in the unlawful destruction of government property, the death of a law enforcement officer, an assault on the certification of the presidential election. I reposted your photo. Good luck,” Baldwin wrote back, according to the lawsuit.
According to The NY Post, Roice, who attended a demonstration in support of President Donald Trump, was not involved in the riot and was never charged with any crimes during the riot.
Roice was soon assaulted with “hostile, aggressive, hateful” messages from Baldwin’s followers, including one that said, “Get raped and die, worthless c— (kiss emoji). Your brother got what he deserved,” the lawsuit reportedly says

😳 The challenges of live reporting are endless and journalists have to be ready for every possibility…
One such example of these perils is the story of a reporter from the US, who was hit by a car live on air. However, what left everyone stunned was the fact that she continued reporting.
