🎤 Fox White House correspondent Peter Doocy had asked Biden: "Would you take a question on inflation? Do you think inflation is a political liability in the midterms?"

🗣 "It's a great asset - more inflation," Biden deadpanned. "What a stupid son of a b***h."

🏙 New York City will use face detection technology

New York City Mayor Eric Adams, who previously served as a captain at the New York Police Department, unveiled what he called a wide-ranging blueprint to combat gun violence that would put more officers on patrol and give wider powers to prosecutors.

Also this will allow prosecutors to move gun-related cases faster through the courts to combat the city’s gun violence epidemic, Adams said.

New York City has seen a sharp rise in crime, including in shootings and homicides, since the spring of 2020, according to media reports that cited 488 murders in 2021 - nearly 200 more than in 2017.

🎸 Neil Young Demands Spotify Remove His Music Over ‘False Information About Vaccines’

The iconic musician posted a since-deleted letter to his management team and record label demanding that they remove his music from Spotify.

Young is referencing the steady stream of misinformation about vaccines that Joe Rogan has peddled on his show, The Joe Rogan Experience. Last month, 270 doctors, physicians, and science educators signed an open letter asking Spotify to stop spreading Rogan’s baseless claims.

Spotify has reportedly not yet responded on plans to remove Young’s music from the streaming platform.

🛻 Tesla Cybertruck walkaround video offers detailed look at the absurdly huge windshield wiper

The video shows off the truck entirely as an individual walks around, giving viewers a look at the wheels, tailgate and bed. It’s been said before, but the Tesla Cybertruck still looks a little unreal to some, with its stainless steel finish and trapezoidal shape.

The Cybertruck was supposed to start shipping this year but has reportedly been delayed until early 2023 — reports that are backed up by the fact that Tesla removed references to a 2022 release from the Cybertruck webpage.

❗️The Biden administration has detailed economic sanctions it has ready if Russia advances on Ukraine. They include:
📍export controls on Russia’s high-tech industries such as defense, aerospace sectors, developments of artificial intelligence and quantum computing technology;
📍financial sanctions that will be much severer than in 2014, when the ruble lost 50% of its value, and the Russian central bank spent a quarter of its reserves to shore it up;
📍no gradual enforcement: restrictions will go into full effect immediately;
📍The US is also engaging with producers of natural gas and LNG worldwide to gauge their readiness to briefly surge gas output and allocate it to European buyers. A scenario of full suspension of Russian energy exports the US deems unlikely.

💸 It turns out that former President Trump exaggerated his income by several billion while running for president when speaking with Forbes magazine in an attempt to put himself in a higher position on the magazine's list of billionaires.

Trump's cash at the time of his presidential run was estimated at $114 million in 2016 when he ran for president. However, Trump himself has claimed to have a net worth of nearly $9 billion.

During Trump's meeting with Forbes in 2015, he stated:

🗣 'Here's your cash number here—or market value: 793,” he said, holding up his proof: a blank piece of printer paper with the number 793 scrawled in thick, black Sharpie. We held steady at about $300 million,' according to the magazine
