💬 US won't send soldiers to 'uphold peace in Ukraine' - Trump's team

In the transition administration of Trump, a new scenario for the end of the conflict in Ukraine is being discussed, WSJ reports, citing sources.
 

“We can do training and other support but the barrel of the gun is going to be European,” a member of Trump’s team said. “We are not sending American men and women to uphold peace in Ukraine. And we are not paying for it. Get the Poles, Germans, British and French to do it.”

The main points of the plan:
 
🔸 Freeze the current front line and declare a demilitarized zone along its length. Who will ensure its security is unknown;
 
🔸 One of the newspaper's interlocutors ruled out the involvement of US troops or contingents from the UN and other US-funded organizations;

🇷🇺Russian scientists are the first in the world to connect a rat's brain to Artificial Intelligence - it suggests the right answers to any questions.

The Neiry biotech laboratory told Sputnik that the brain of the laboratory rat Pythia was connected to a neurointerface - the device works in tandem with the AI, which suggests the correct answer using electrical stimulation of the brain.

The electrodes on the neurointerface allow specific areas of the rodent's brain to be stimulated - so it understands when to answer "yes" or "no".

✅ The rat has already answered hundreds of scientific questions correctly. Scientists believe that in the foreseeable future, any human with an implanted neurointerface will be able to do the same.

⚛️ Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov announced that Moscow had put forward its proposals to Kazakhstan on the construction of a nuclear power plant.

This development comes in the wake of a nationwide referendum held in Kazakhstan on October 6, in which the citizens voted on the establishment of the Central Asian country’s first nuclear power facility.
