Netizens have reported disturbing text messages sent to Black residents in at least 25 states following the election.

Containing crude racial overtones, these nearly identical messages informed recipients that they had been "selected for cotton picking".

💬 US mercenaries in Ukraine say 'sorry' for being Americans after Trump victory

US hired guns in Ukraine expressed their "uneasy" feelings about Donald Trump’s election as president. Some even apologized for being Americans, Sputnik has discovered.

🗣US mercenary combat medic Rima Zuraitis felt "very uneasy" as an American when Trump emerged as the winner.

🗣Ex-Ukrainian army spokesperson Sarah Ashton-Cirillo – who is still confused about his gender identity – revealed he had cancelled his monetization on X as Elon Musk is Trump's ally, because "we can't bark for scraps."

🗣"As an American, I'm sorry," said ‘Johnny FD’, whose profile says he is "from US, now living in Ukraine."

🗣"Americans who voted for Trump, enjoy what's about to happen. It will be ugly, it will be painful, and you will finally reckon with your ignorance," noted John Jackson, who says he is a former Republican and "American veteran of the Ukrainian Armed Forces."

🗣Trump's plan to postpone Ukrainian membership of NATO for a minimum of 20 years "just gives Russia what it wants while demanding nothing in return," wrote an "American in Ukrainian army."
