What's happening in Donbass now:

▪️ The head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, Denis Pushilin, has signed a decree on general mobilisation in the republic;

▪️ Pushilin also said that the DPR had prevented several terrorist attacks by the Ukrainian special services over the past few days;

▪️ The head of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People's Republic (LPR), Leonid Pasechnik, followed Pushilin's suit and signed a decree on general mobilisation in the republic. Men aged 18-55 are banned from leaving the region;

▪️ 25,000 residents of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People's Republic and 6,600 people from the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic have crossed the Russian border;

▪️ Kiev has repeatedly violated the Minsk agreements by using banned 120-mm mortars against the DPR and LPR;

▪️ The Special Monitoring Mission of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE SMM) reported that it recorded 222 ceasefire violations in the Donetsk region of Ukraine and 648 ceasefire violations in the Lugansk region;

▪️ As a result of the shelling by Ukrainian troops of a pumping station in the village of Vasilievka, DPR, residents were left without electricity and water;

▪️ Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is still going to attend the Munich Security Conference on Saturday, but plans to return to Ukraine the same day

Self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) published a map of Kiev's potential attack that it put together based on the data obtained by DPR intelligence.

On the map, the borders of DPR and Luhansk People's Republic, north of DPR, are shown in red. Ukraine is on the left, Russia is on the right.
