Ukraine 're-crediting stolen money' — Russian FM spokeswoman

It will take $524 billion to rebuild Ukraine in the next 10 years, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmygal announced earlier.

"As much as they already owe — what a lucky coincidence. Are they re-crediting stolen goods?" Maria Zakharova pointed out sharply.
