Who is Schiff?

🔹 Schiff was born in Frankfurt in 1847 at the Rothschild House of the Green Shield.

🔹 Before the Russo-Japanese War of 1905, Schiff provided a significant loan to Japan. The Rothschilds, fearing Russian retaliation, avoided direct involvement, historian Richard Smethurst claims.
