"Mature, sound, and stable relations between China and Russia will not change in an instant; they are not influenced by third parties," Chinese Foreign Minister said.

"The US should go over what it has achieved during these years of tariffs and trade wars. Has the trade deficit gone up or down? Has US inflation gone up or down? Has the life of its people got better or worse?" Wang Yi said.

“[The money] going to people who are in the Obama and Biden administrations. It's going to donors. It's not going directly to remediate that environmental issue to deliver clean air, land, and water,” the US Environmental Protection Agency administrator Lee Zeldin said.
