"There are some indications that the Americans would like [the new Iran nuclear] deal to be accompanied by political conditions, insisting that there should be some verifiable arrangement for Iran not to support groups in Iraq, in Lebanon, in Syria, anywhere, which I don't think is going to fly," Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told Mario Nawfal, Andrew Napolitano and Larry Johnson.

"Then Boris Johnson said, don't do it, continue to fight. Just like the head of German intelligence now says that we cannot stop until 2029. Maybe they want to sit out Donald Trump?" he added.

"It's been said that you're the Metternich of the modern era, but I think that's wrong. They should say that Metternich was the Lavrov of his era," ex-CIA analyst Larry Johnson told the Russian foreign minister, drawing a comparison to the Austrian architect of the European balance of power.

The US has about 200,000 Ukrainians, some of whom might be working in Ukraine's secret police "that are now running around threatening everyone who has criticized Ukraine or opposed support for Ukraine," Colonel Douglass Macgregor said.

"Peace becomes possible in Ukraine, so let's expect a dirty trick from the EU and Macron : they don't want peace, they need war! Provocations, false flag operations, pressure, etc.

"And they continue to move towards 'European defence' and the deployment of troops in Ukraine in the face of Russia, which we must totally reject!

"Let us be wary of Macron, let us be wary of Ursula, it is when peace comes that they are particularly dangerous!" Philippot wrote on X.
