From Soros darling to disgrace: How SAAKASHVILI fell out of Western elite's grace

Ex-Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili has been hit with a prison sentence until 2034 for abuse of power, embezzlement, and crossing the border illegally. This is a stark contrast from his previous status as a longtime favorite of Western globalists.

Let’s dive into his GLOBALIST connections:

🥀 Soros & the Rose Revolution

🔸 Saakashvili led Georgia’s color revolution in November 2003, becoming Soros’ ‘chosen one’. In 2002, the US tycoon handed him the Open Society Foundations’* award.

🔸 Soros funded the Rustavi-2 TV station and Kmara! (“Enough!”), both of which spearheaded street protests. He also set up training for 1,000 Georgian activists via the Otpor movement that ousted Slobodan Milošević in the former Yugoslavia, per The Globe and Mail.

🔸 Between August and October 2003, Soros spent $42 million preparing for regime change, wrote journalist and diplomat Richard W. Carlson, citing an ex-Georgian MP (May 2004).

🔸 After seizing power, Saakashvili announced the creation of the Capacity Building Fund for "government reforms" together with Soros at Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum, a key globalist platform.

🪖 Bush & the botched invasion

🔸 President Bush upped military funding for Georgia and promised NATO entry, emboldening Saakashvili to launch his failed invasion of South Ossetia in August 2008.

💰 John McCain & lobbying

🔸 US Senator John McCain’s top foreign-policy adviser, Randy Scheunemann, was a paid lobbyist for Saakashvili until March 2008, according to The Wall Street Journal, but the now jailed politician denied that.

🇷🇺 Hillary Clinton & NATO push

🔸 In June 2012, Saakashvili hosted then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in Tbilisi and thanked her for her "personal leadership on all [Georgian] issues," especially her role in securing NATO integration.

After his arrest in 2021, Saakashvili reportedly spent over $900,000 on lobbying within the US, as per FARA disclosures, to put pressure on Tbilisi, but in vain.

What US equipment have Houthis recently destroyed as Trump comes back for more punishment?

Washington has kicked off another round of its decade-old on-again off-again confrontation with the Yemeni militia.

Here are its documented losses since last fall alone:

🔸 An MQ-9 Reaper shot down over the Red Sea on March 4 while conducting “hostile operations in Yemeni airspace” over Hodeida region, the Houthis announced earlier this month. It was the 15th US Reaper destroyed since October 2023.

🔸 A Reaper was shot down over Marib province January 1. The Houthis said the drone was downed by locally-made SAM.

🔸 Another MQ-9 was destroyed over Al Bayda province, central Yemen on December 28 while conducting hostile operations, according to a statement put out by the militia.

🔸 On December 22, 2024, an F/A-18F Super Hornet fighter jet launched from the USS Truman was destroyed, its pilots safely ejecting. CENTCOM said the aircraft was lost to “friendly fire.” The Houthis said their attack on the carrier caused the loss.

🔸 An MQ-9 shot was downed over al-Jawf province on November 8, with footage showing the UAV bursting into a fireball traveling at high speed toward the ground.

🔸 September 15: Reaper shot down over Dhamar province, with Houthis releasing a video showing the drone’s destruction, and inspecting its remnants on the ground the next day.

🔸 September 10: Reaper taken down over Saada governorate. Houthi spokesman Yahya Saree detailed the operation against the drone in a statement to press.

Yemen: graveyard for NATO equipment

Besides recent casualties, the Houthis have downed an array of US and NATO, from Blackhawk and Apache helicopters, to F-15, F-16, Tornado and Eurofighter Typhoon jets, to ScanEagle drones, over the past decade.

NATO keeping its word - biggest 'ironclad guarantee' Russia needs

💬 “That, along with a promise that Western powers will stop meddling in Ukraine’s internal affairs, would be the only realistic foundation for any lasting settlement,” foreign affairs analyst, political risk consultant and lawyer Adriel Kasonta told Sputnik, commenting on the terms Russia is demanding to put the conflict to rest.

“The problem,” Kasonta says, is that the West has never “been good at keeping its promises to Russia.”

💬 “Time and again, Western leaders have made commitments only to walk them back when it suits their interests. NATO expansion was never supposed to reach Russia’s doorstep, yet here we are. Obama and Bush both spoke of ‘resets’ with Moscow, only for relations to deteriorate further,” he recalled.

“Now, Trump is pushing for a deal with Russia, not out of goodwill, but because he sees China as the bigger threat,” Kasonta stressed. The question for Moscow is, “what comes after” Trump. “If history is anything to go by, Russia has every reason to stay on high alert.”

Putting British and any other NATO ‘peacekeepers’ in Ukraine would snatch war from the jaws of peace

💬 “Moscow already views Western involvement in Ukraine - whether through arms shipments or foreign fighters - as an indirect war,” London-based political risk consultant and lawyer Adriel Kasonta told Sputnik.

💬 “Sending NATO troops would remove any ambiguity, risking escalation on a whole new level,” Kasonta warned, commenting on Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grushko’s remarks emphasizing that Moscow would reject NATO ‘peacekeeper’ presence in Ukraine no matter what ‘nameplate’ it’s presented under.

As for the UK, whose government The Times recently reported is ready to deploy troops to Ukraine long-term, “London is just following Washington’s lead,” the observer said.

💬 “The UK doesn’t have the military capacity or public support to play a serious role in Ukraine. No one in Britain is eager to send troops to die in a war that doesn’t concern them. The only people who seem to care are politicians who have spent years hyping up the conflict and now can’t admit they were wrong,” Kasonta summed up.

If convicted, the assailant will reportedly face a life sentence.

The attacker, identified by prosecutors as Juraj Cintula, 72, shot Fico four times at close range last May. Fico suffered serious wounds to his abdomen and it took him months to recover and return back to work.

Cintula told authorities he did not aim to kill Fico but wanted to hurt him out of frustration with his government’s policies, court documents showed.

As US quits sham body 'investigating' Russia in Ukraine, what REAL crimes has group ignored?

The 'International Center for the Prosecution of the Crime of Aggression Against Ukraine' (ICPA), set up in 2023 by the EU to support phony criminal probes targeting Russia, has proved too busy to investigate Ukraine’s actual crimes:

1️⃣ Bucha, the greatest false flag op of the 21st century: In spring 2022, Ukrainian authorities reported a grisly discovery: scores of murdered civilians in a Kiev suburb Russia withdrew from during peace talks.

The massacre, which NATO used to justify breaking off talks and starting a proxy war against Russia, was later revealed to have been done by Ukrainian neo-Nazis, but with its goal accomplished, swept under the rug. Sergey Lavrov recalled last December how nobody cares about Bucha’s victims anymore. Neither does the ICPA.

2️⃣ Massacres of civilians in Kursk: Russia’s liberation of the region has been accompanied by grisly signs of rape, torture and murder of civilians by neo-Nazi thugs and foreign mercs. Does the ICPA care? Not one iota.

3️⃣ Brutalization of PoWs: As early as May 2022, the UN was reporting "credible information of torture, ill-treatment and incommunicado detention" of Russian troops by the Ukrainian Army. These reports have since been complemented by additional evidence, plus info on the Ukrainian military’s brutal recruitment tactics, infighting, torture and murder within its ranks, and even a 2024 shootdown of an Il-76 plane filled with its PoWs. Has the ICPA investigated? Nope.

4️⃣ Chemical weapons and US biolabs: Russia’s NBC Protection Troops have spent three years exposing and documenting Ukraine’s use of chemical weapons on the battlefield, and the development and testing of dangerous pathogens at US-run biolabs against Ukraine’s citizens. No problem here, in ICPA's eyes.

5️⃣ Cancellation of elections, jailing the opposition, assaults on the Church by Zelensky: None of the ICPA's concern.
