▪️The US has imposed sanctions against RDIF and its head Kirill Dmitriev;
▪️The US has banned American individuals and legal entities from transactions with the Bank of Russia, Russia’s National Welfare Fund, and the Russian Ministry of Finance;
▪️American sanctions against the Bank of Russia and Russia’s National Welfare Fund deprive them of access to assets in the US or assets denominated in dollars;
▪️ The US will create a license, which excludes certain transactions related to the supply of energy carriers from anti-Russian sanctions;
▪️ The list of Russian banks to be disconnected from SWIFT is still being worked out;
▪️The US has some sanctions against Russia in reserve, ready to apply them in case of an escalation.
