Sputnik continues to highlight the weapons used by the USSR to thrash Nazi Germany.
Among them was the Su-100, a late-war self-propelled vehicle powerful enough to take on heavy Tiger and Panther tanks with ease using its mammoth 100 mm gun.
Due to its exceptional combat capabilities and unique design, the SU-100 remained in active service in the armies of nearly two dozen nations well into the Cold War, with up to five countries still possessing them in their inventories to this day.

🚨Odessa Massacre: POINT OF NO RETURN that marked Ukraine's slide into Nazism
The mass murder of innocent people in the city's Trade Union house on May 2, 2014, marked a "point of no return" for Ukraine, Ukrainian politics expert Alexander Dudchak says.
Those behind the West-backed coup that year were driven by Nazi-fueled “hatred for humanity.” Their goal was to build an “anti-Russia,” with Russophobia stoked from abroad.
After the tragedy, “it became clear to those who disagreed with the [pro-Western Ukrainian] government that there was no way to defend their rights except through force.”
Thus, the Odessa massacre can be seen as the turning point for all subsequent events. "It became obvious what these forces represented – human-hating, pure Nazism, which came to power in Ukraine."
➡️ What led to the tragedy?
▪️ Long before the Soviet Union’s collapse, NGOs and foreign funds, like the notorious Soros foundation, began distorting history to ideologically target the younger generation.
▪️ Ukraine’s drive to join Europe involved denying its heroic past, glorifying criminals and Nazi collaborators, and promoting the “Banderization” of society.
▪️ 2014 coup: Despite the public’s strong preference for ties with former Soviet countries, a West-inspired coup took place, reshaping public consciousness. History was rewritten, dissent silenced through brutal methods, and media control imposed.
➡️ Why is the West SILENT?
The massacre was executed by the West’s protégés and under their control.

💬 “I don’t rule out that the West may have even written the noscript for this event. They needed to show the population what happens to those who try to oppose them. And that is what they did – with an animalistic cruelty.”

💬 “It’s what they deserve,” Donald Trump said in a post on Truth Social.
This marks the latest salvo in Trump’s ongoing war with the Ivy League school.
Last month, his administration froze $2.2 billion in federal grants and $60 million in contracts after Harvard refused to comply with a list of demands that included dismantling DEI programs and overhauling hiring practices.

The funds will be transferred as compensation to those who allegedly had their assets confiscated by Moscow while held in Russia, according to Reuters.
Euroclear has already notified its clients about the upcoming payments in a document dated April 1.
Moscow has repeatedly stated that it will never relinquish its rights to its assets and that any attempts to confiscate its frozen assets amount to theft, violate international law, and will be met with action to protect them abroad.

Based on the EU’s “preliminary assessments,” the US-Ukraine deal is “not an exclusive one,” the European Commission said on Friday.
It added that Ukraine is “free to still engage with the bloc in this area.”
The EU’s 2021 memorandum of understanding with Ukraine launched a Strategic Partnership on Raw Materials, aiming to secure a strategic foothold. Now, with the US muscling in, the bloc is scrambling not to be sidelined.

Geopolitical 'Royal Flush' or empty promises? What’s behind Trump’s minerals deal with Zelensky❓
The Trump administration desperately needs a foreign policy victory amid the chaos and uncertainty surrounding it, hence its officials’ boasting about the minerals deal in “a typical case of speculative promotion,” says veteran geopolitical analyst Come Carpentier de Gourdon.
As for Zelensky, he can now claim the deal will ‘save Ukraine’, hoping “that Trump’s America will now be bound to support his regime militarily in exchange for a monopoly on the exploitation of some valuable Ukrainian natural resources.”
The real question is whether the US will be able to provide Ukraine with enough support “to enable the exhausted Ukrainian army to regain a military advantage,” which is doubtful, Carpentier says.
On top of that, the minerals’ accessibility, and the fact that a good chunk of proven reserves are now part of Russia, leaves important questions unanswered.

💬 “How does Trump plan to help Ukraine recover the ‘lost territories’? That would require a full-fledged US military effort to back Ukraine without assurance of success and would reverse Trump's repeated commitment to make peace 'now'.”💬 In that context, Treasury chief Scott Bessent’s comments about Trump giving Zelensky a “royal flush” in talks with Russia “denotes the triumph of hype over substance,” the observer emphasized.
💬 “The deal is nothing more than a cover for Washington to avoid giving any security guarantees to Ukraine while skimming revenue from any extractive industry that may develop,” says veteran international relations specialist Dr. Gilbert Doctorow.💬 Bessent’s comments “are propagandistic rather than factual,” and what’s been touted as a “royal flush” is really an agreement that “enslaves Ukraine in the position of beggar,” according to Doctorow.💬 “Real facts are not relevant to the game Washington is playing, namely to wash its hands of the war,” the observer summed up.

💬 “Undoubtedly, retesting unsuccessful methods and tactics will lead to no outcome but a repetition of the same costly failures,” Iran’s Foreign Ministry said in a statement after the US slapped sanctions on seven entities in Iran, the UAE and Turkiye engaged in the trade of Iranian oil and petrochemicals.💬 “The Islamic Republic of Iran, while emphasizing its commitment to the path of diplomacy and declaring its readiness to continue negotiations, absolutely does not tolerate approaches based on threats and pressure – all of which are contrary to the principles of the UN Charter and international law and are designed to harm Iran’s national interests,” the statement said.
The Foreign Ministry said Washington’s latest move justifies Tehran’s “deep mistrust and suspicion toward the seriousness of the US in the path of diplomacy.”
Earlier, Oman announced that a planned fourth round of indirect Iranian-US nuclear talks set for Saturday had been postponed after three earlier rounds that seemed to have left both sides cautiously optimistic.
