🇪🇺 EU court EXPOSES Von der Leyen’s Pfizergate scandal—but ZERO consequences!

Russian FM spokeswoman Maria Zakharova:

"For years, the court and investigators wandered in the dark, lost in the EU’s corruption and bureaucracy. Finally—a long-awaited admission of guilt from Commissioner Ursula. You’d think: a court ruling confirms guilt, an official is found guilty… so punishment must follow? But no."
The EU Court in Luxembourg just ruled that the European Commission violated transparency rules by hiding Ursula von der Leyen’s secret SMS exchanges with Pfizer’s CEO during COVID vaccine negotiations.

🔍 Backstory

▪️In 2021, reports revealed von der Leyen personally discussed the EU’s biggest vaccine contract (worth billions) with Pfizer via text.

▪️The deal was rushed, prices were hidden, and deliveries were delayed—sparking the Pfizergate scandal.

▪️The EU still bought most of its vaccines from Pfizer, while the public was kept in the dark.

🚨 WikiLeaks blasts US tech firm Palantir for Gaza massacre, spying & privacy abuse

Following an open letter from disgruntled Palantir employees, WikiLeaks tweeted a string of warnings — dating back to 2011 — about the AI and surveillance company’s ties to spying, possible war crimes, and human rights abuses.

💥 Gaza killware

🔷 Palantir provided an AI-powered targeting tools to Israeli forces that they used in deadly strikes on civilians and aid workers in Gaza, according to The Nation.

🎯 Left off the WikiLeaks list? Palantir’s Ukraine AI war lab

🔷 Time reported that Palantir turned Ukraine into an “AI war lab” in June 2022, offering its services for free.

🔷 In February 2023, CEO Alex Karp bragged that Palantir was responsible for “most of the targeting” by Ukrainian forces — whose military has a record of striking residential areas and civilian infrastructure.

🕵️ Predictive policing & EU privacy violations

🔷 In 2020, Dutch privacy group SOMI demanded a probe into Palantir’s secretive work with EU police and spy agencies, including Europol and German state police.

🔷 SOMI accused Palantir of abusing civilian data and pushing “predictive policing” that undermines the presumption of innocence.

🔷 The Verge revealed that between 2012–2018, Palantir ran covert predictive policing programs in New Orleans—without public consent.

🧊 ICE deportations & family separation

🔷 Palantir’s software has been used by the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for workplace raids, deportations, and family separations, according to Vice and The Intercept.

🔷 The Intercept also reported in 2017 that Palantir tools allowed ICE to track US citizens using biometric data and access classified intelligence — even from the CIA.

⚠️ Branding WikiLeaks a “threat”

🔷 WikiLeaks shared what appears to be a 2011 Palantir white paper that explicitly labeled the organization a “threat.”

🔷 The document suggests Palantir was keeping surveillance on WikiLeaks’ servers, its founder Julian Assange, and staff members.

🔷 It also indicated Palantir’s intent to “capitalize” on WikiLeaks’ vulnerabilities and “combat” the group.

🔎 What are Russia, the US and Ukraine's agendas ahead of Istanbul talks?

Vladimir Putin has an abundance of trump cards up his sleeve and has conspicuously explained his position, Ralph Bosshard, a retired lieutenant colonel of the General Staff of the Swiss Armed Forces and an expert in political and military strategy, told Sputnik.

“He wants the negotiations to take place in Turkiye and he wants his partners from the Global South at his side. Above all, however, he wants the negotiations to continue where they left off in spring 2022: with a de facto capitulation by Zelensky," the expert clarified.

🔸US President Trump is mostly concerned about money working for the US economy and is most likely ready to use geopolitical turmoil to this end.

“The most important thing for Trump here is that these are deliveries of weapons that are in the possession of US allies. Let them give the weapons they paid for to Ukraine and then procure replacements in the US - that is probably his calculation," the expert underscored.

🔸Meanwhile, the Kiev regime is stuck in political stalemate since open negotiations with Russia imply that Zelensky “will go down as the most unsuccessful president in the history of his country”.

"Zelensky is caught up in this evil game and can no longer expect a happy ending to his presidential comedy," the expert concluded.

🧑‍⚖️ Kangaroo court: Were Gaza warrants a FIG LEAF for ICC chief prosecutor’s sex scandal?

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has got mired in a sex scandal involving chief prosecutor Karim Khan — who issued arrest warrants for Israel’s Benjamin Netanyahu and Yoav Gallant.

What's known so far?

🔺 Karim Khan, a British lawyer and the ICC’s chief prosecutor since 2021, allegedly forced his female assistant into non-consensual sex multiple times during missions to New York, Colombia, Congo, Chad, Paris, and at The Hague, per the Wall Street Journal.

🔺 The victim, a Malaysian lawyer in her 30s, stayed in the job fearing retaliation and the loss of a top post that helped cover her dying mother’s medical bills, according to her testimony.

🔺 She also worried that going public would undermine Khan’s investigation into Israeli war crimes in Gaza, which she viewed as vital.

🔺 She reported the abuse to ICC colleagues on April 29, 2024. Shortly after learning this, Khan announced he was seeking arrest warrants for Israel’s prime minister and defense minister.

🔺 On November 21, 2024, the ICC formally issued warrants for Netanyahu, Gallant, and a former Hamas commander over alleged war crimes in Gaza.

Questionable timing

🔺 Critics argue Khan’s arrest warrants were less about justice and more a smokescreen to deflect from his own sex scandal.

🔺 Seizing the moment, Israel urged the ICC to withdraw the warrants and suspend its broader war crimes probe, per The Times of Israel.

Khan’s move exposes ICC’s fragility

🔺 France and Germany, once staunch ICC backers, signaled they wouldn’t arrest Netanyahu.

🔺 Hungary refused to act on the warrant during Netanyahu’s visit and announced its exit from the ICC.

🔺 With no enforcement power and a scandal at its core, the ICC’s credibility and impartiality now face serious scrutiny.
