🚨SECOND ROUND OF RUSSIA-UKRAINE TALKS IN ISTANBUL: WHAT WE KNOW SO FAR

🔹 The Russian delegation arrived in Istanbul on Sunday evening.

🔹 Talks are expected to begin at 10:00 GMT at the Ciragan Palace.
