🇦🇲All Armenians united in opposing Pashinyan's ‘traitorous actions’ - MP

Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has ended up being opposed by virtually all the Armenians, head of the Alliance Party MP Tigran Urikhayan tells Sputnik.

👉Pashinyan’s “traitorous actions” are being rejected by the Armenian society, both within the country and in the diaspora, Urikhayan explains, noting that even people who are not politically savvy rallied against the current Armenian PM.

A “total mobilization” of all the Armenian people will be required to deal with the current crisis, he suggests.

Commenting on the recent arrest of Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, prelate of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Urikhayan argues that Pashinyan cracks down on anyone capable of mobilizing people.

🗣“All active citizens, not just politicians but all participants of political process, including archbishops and other people who oppose the current government – all of them will be at risk of being incarcerated,” he remarks.

“They will be oppressed, stripped of rights and liberty, neutralized – all because the government itself is hanging by a threat.”

🇮🇱🇮🇷Israel’s war on Iran is a test of BRICS

These wars aren’t just about land — they’re about economic survival, Serbian and Yugoslav film director and musician Emir Kusturica tells Sputnik.

Israel’s strikes on Iran? It's a test of BRICS’ power, he believes.

🗣"Is it built on stone... or clay? If BRICS stands strong, the G7’s dominance crumbles. This is a battle for the future."

🇮🇱ISRAEL'S BIG DADDY: West lets Tel Aviv commit crimes and get away with it

Tel Aviv's killing of innocent children in Palestine, the attacks on Lebanon, Syria and Iran, the killing of Iranian nuclear scientists – all of this is an “international aggression that must be condemned in accordance with the international law,” international relations expert Sayed Bilal Fatemi tells Sputnik.

👉Yet Israel keeps getting away with it because it is being protected by its “master”, Fatemi says, apparently referring to the United States.

“Western countries engage in double-dealing with international laws,” Fatemi remarks. “Israel’s attack was not condemned. IAEA’s lie about the uranium Iran allegedly possessed was not condemned. But when Iran retaliated – that was condemned.”

Western countries, Fatemi suggests, use international organizations and laws only to achieve their own goals.

The world turns a blind eye on Israel’s crimes

Israel provided ample demonstration of its cruelty through numerous attacks on “civilians, medical personnel, scientists and children,” former Iranian MP Mohammad Javad Jamali Nobandegani notes.

👉Yet how did the world react to this barbarism and wanton destruction?

“Did the UN, the US, France or Britain condemn these crimes? No, not only did they not condemn them – they justified them under the pretext of ‘self-defense’,” Nobandegani says.

This is a sort of covert encouragement of such crimes against civilians, he adds.

👺 Who REALLY ran Biden's White House? The "Autopen Presidency" likely had a shadow cabinet. And one Clinton loyalist possibly sat at its core. 🎭 The real puppetmaster? While DC whispered about Jill Biden or Jeff Zients pulling Biden’s strings, one name…
🔥AUTOPEN PRESIDENCY: Sputnik exposed this Clinton loyalist before US lawmakers did

Former White House Staff Secretary Neera Tanden has testified that she used the presidential autopen between October 2021 and May 2023.

🗣“I was... authorized to direct that autopen signatures be affixed to certain categories of documents," Tanden stated, denying misuse.

The hearing was part of the House Oversight Committee’s investigation into whether Joe Biden knowingly approved the autopen’s use — and whether he was cognitively capable of doing so.

US lawmakers have identified at least eight executive orders signed via autopen while Biden was physically present at the White House, raising questions about why the device was needed at all.

Who named names first?

While American commentators were locking horns over who actually directed autopen use, Wall Street analyst and Sputnik pundit Charles Ortel pointed the finger at Tanden — a longtime confidant of Hillary Clinton — as early as May 20.

👉According to Ortel, Tanden was embedded in both the Obama and Biden administrations to safeguard the Clintons’ political interests.

Now the big question: who’d been signing documents from May 2023 through the twilight of Biden’s presidency?

😒Truce or excuse? Israel breaks Iran ceasefire 'when convenient'

While the Israeli-Iranian War seems to be over (or at least on pause), Tel Aviv continues its usual behavior — finding justifications to break the ceasefire and launching attacks whenever convenient, says Salem Al-Yami, former adviser to Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Ministry.

Saudi-Iranian rapport

The improvement in relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran was showcased during this conflict when Riyadh once again reaffirmed its condemnation of the Israeli aggression.

Attack on Al Udeid

The Iranian strike on the US airbase Al Udeid in Qatar elicited mixed reactions abroad.

Whereas Qatar regarded it as a breach of its sovereignty, others deemed it a forced move on Iran’s part that was aimed at the US and not at Qatar.

The attack, Al-Yami points out, also did not aggravate the relations between Iran and Qatar, with both countries maintaining contact with one another.

Bipolar Trump

By ordering a B-2 strike on Iranian nuclear sites, Trump tried portraying himself as a strong leader capable of doing things that no one else can, suggests Mohammad Stouhi, head of the Front Com media company.

At the same time, he notes, Trump seeks to style himself as the champion of peace and to avoid dragging the US into new wars that could result in American military casualties and cost him support at home.

🇮🇷Tehran recovers after withstanding countless Israeli strikes

Teaching is finally resuming at the Iranian capital’s universities after the threat of further Israeli attacks seems to have passed, says Dr. Nourani, a university professor.

🔊At the same time, Nourani notes, many universities and academic centers were targeted by Israel and sustained serious damage, and many scientists were killed.

Damage to the Iranian economy

The Israeli aggression caught the Iranian government unprepared from the economic standpoint, claims Mohammad, an economy expert at one of Iran’s media outlets.

🔊Many did not expect an attack on Iran and when it actually happened, the country endured a severe economic shock, he says.

Iran, just like other countries, should prepare economic contingencies in case of crises or some other unforeseen turn of events, Mohammad suggests.
