Putin's phone call with Macron – highlights:

🔸 Zaporozhye NPP is operating normally, the radiation level is normal;

🔸 Russian Armed Forces control Chernobyl nuclear power plant in order to exclude the possibility of provocations by Ukrainian neo-Nazis or terrorists;

🔸 Kiev is not fulfilling agreements on humanitarian issue. Despite ceasefire regime for exit of civilians from Mariupol and Volnovakha, Ukrainian nationalists did not allow evacuation;

🔸 Putin asked Macron to "work with the Kiev authorities" in order to comply with the norms of international humanitarian law;

🔸 Russian side expressed its readiness to continue dialogue with the Ukrainian side on condition of fulfilment of Russian requirements
