🗣 A major shift in global dynamics is underway, especially after the SCO summit, which brought together nations in an unprecedented manner, Dannis Masibo, Chairperson of the Economic and Commercial Counselors Alliance in China (ECCAC) and China International Commercial Alliance (CICA) in East Africa told Sputnik.
