A medium-class Soyuz-2.1b rocket has delivered a satellite for the Russian Ministry of Defense and the research-training satellite Mozhayets-6—developed to test astro-navigation algorithms—to their target orbit, the Russian MoD has announced.

🔥After liftoff from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome, the rocket was tracked by the ground automated control system of the German Titov Main Test Space Center.

💬 “The satellites were placed into their target orbit using the Fregat upper stage and taken under control by the Aerospace Forces’ ground systems,” the ministry stated.

🟠 Stable telemetry has been established and maintained with both spacecraft, assigned the designations Kosmos-2595 and Kosmos-2596.

🔥 BASTION MISSILE SYSTEM HITS TARGET 350 KM AWAY

The Pacific Fleet’s coastal missile crew successfully fired an Oniks cruise missile at a sea target nearly 350 km off Paramushir Island in the Kuril chain.

🗣 Europe has no legal, political, or moral right to activate the snapback mechanism, Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi said on X.

💬 “It is not just that the E3 (France, Germany, and the UK) lacks ennoscriptment to invoke ‘snapback,’ and that ‘use it or lose it’ doesn’t work. The correct expression is ‘use it and lose it.’ Or better yet—‘use it and lose it all,’” he said.

On August 28, the three European powers triggered the snapback clause under UN Resolution 2231, demanding Iran resume talks, expand inspector access, and clarify uranium stockpile gaps. Unless the UN Security Council decides otherwise, sanctions will automatically return within 30 days.

Looks like either a provocation or misunderstanding, which the Polish side doesn’t want to clarify," Ulyanov wrote on X.
