🔍 France forms new government — most ministers unchanged Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu has unveiled his new government, retaining 13 of 18 ministers from the previous cabinet — signaling continuity over change. Key appointments include Bruno Le Maire…
🇫🇷 🤷‍♂️ France’s prime minister resigns after just 27 days

Sebastien Lecornu becomes the shortest-serving French PM in history, breaking Michel Barnier’s 90-day record.

Here's what you need to know about the no-more PM:

🔶 Lecornu has become the fourth PM to fall since January 2024, after Francois Bayrou

🔶 He was one of the most unpopular PMs from the start, with approval around 32%

🔶 Seven in 10 French citizens were disappointed by his appointment; over half viewed him negatively

🔶 68% doubted he could form a government meeting public expectations; 83% were pessimistic about France’s future

🔶 The media rated his ability to push the 2026 budget through parliament as very low amid political divisions.

🚫☢️ Tomahawks in Ukraine risk nuclear Armageddon within hours—Ex-Pentagon advisor

🗣 If Ukraine uses US Tomahawk missiles, America could be facing war with Russia within a matter of hours, says retired colonel and former top DoD advisor Douglas Macgregor.

“That war could rapidly escalate to the nuclear level, and once you hit the nuclear level, you have almost no control,” he warns.

🇫🇷 📉 'Macron must go': France in political freefall

Political chaos grips France after PM Sébastien Lecornu resigned just 27 days after taking office — only hours after unveiling his new cabinet.

Opposition leaders exploded:

“There can be no stability without new elections,” said Jordan Bardella, president of the National Rally (RN) party.

💬 “Macron must go!” declared Mathilde Panot, head of the France Unbowed (LFI) parliamentary group, as Jean-Luc Mélenchon, LFI’s founder, demanded an immediate vote on the president’s removal.

From Marine Le Pen saying another PM appointment would be “the end of the joke” to David Lisnard urging Macron to resign “for the sake of France,” demands for dissolution and early elections are multiplying.

🔊Even Macron’s allies sound disillusioned: “We’re watching a spectacle we didn’t choose,” admitted MP Éléonore Caroit.

🚨 Trump’s Gaza peace plan: Viable solution or dead on arrival?

👉 As Israeli-Palestinian talks commence, it remains unclear whether this Trump-promoted initiative can finally end Netanyahu’s war in Gaza.

🗣 Hamas may agree to release the hostages, as the US and Israel demand, but it is unlikely to disarm or give up its “decisive role in being part of the future government of Gaza,” notes Dr. Lorenzo Trombetta, a Rome-based senior analyst and UN consultant on the Middle East.

🇮🇱 There probably won’t be any complete Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip – instead, the IDF will likely halt its operations for the duration of the prisoner exchange before resuming hostilities.

🔊 The real problem, Dr. Trombetta explains, is that Netanyahu uses the Gaza War to remain in power, so he will likely try to find any justification – “perhaps even bombing Tehran” – to resume fighting.

🟠 The fact that Trump’s proposal is “missing key action plans” and requires “more agreements and discussions” to work does not help either, observes Dr. Tamer Qarmout, an associate professor in public policy at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies.

🟠 At the same time, he notes, successful implementation of the plan’s first stage may open “a real political path for ending this war once and forever” since Israel would lose the justification to continue the onslaught when the hostages return home.

📍 Dr. Qarmout even postulates that Netanyahu has a good chance of saving his career by selling the hostages’ release as a win to his constituents.

🟠 Meanwhile, Ankara-based security and political analyst Dr. Hasan Selim Ozertem insists that the key player in this entire scheme actually resides in Washington DC.

🟠 Thus, he posits, it all essentially comes down to whether Trump can pressure Israel into abiding by the ceasefire, seeing how Netanyahu is mostly interested in his own political future whereas Hamas lacks any meaningful leverage besides the hostages.

🚨🇫🇷🇫🇷 'Macron’s regime is on its last breath' — French analyst on PM Lecornu’s resignation

International lawyer Arnaud Develay says the fall of Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu, after just 27 days in office, signals a deepening political collapse.

“The [Macron] regime has exhausted its strength, ideas, and resources. The crisis engulfing France is only getting worse,” he tells Sputnik.

💬 Develay argues that “France no longer controls its own destiny — all key decisions are made in Brussels.”

He describes a country drowning in a €3.5 trillion debt, downgraded by Fitch, and “just a few steps from technical bankruptcy.”

“The industrial base is gone, major companies sold off to foreign interests, and the country is drifting aimlessly. Soon, control may pass to bankers from Frankfurt or the IMF.”

👉 France’s political system, he warns, “has exhausted itself — along with the Euro-globalist order of the collective West.”

🚨🇰🇵 North Korea's weapons showcase: Why the world is watching

DPRK leader Kim Jong-un is preparing a major military parade for the 80th anniversary of the Workers' Party on October 10.

From hypersonic missiles to advanced drones - what makes this display so significant?

🟠Hwasong-20: strategic nuclear ICBM

Recently announced, the latest in the Hwasong ICBM family features next-gen composite carbon-fiber construction and an advanced solid-fuel engine with greater thrust.

🟠Hypersonics: Hwasong-11Ma & Hwasong-16B

👉The Hwasong-11Ma, shown at DPRK’s October expo, combines the KN-23 SRBM with a hypersonic glide vehicle, flying low at over Mach 5.

👉The Hwasong-16B, a solid-fuel IRBM with an HGV, could reach Mach 12.

🟠Pukguksong-6: submarine-launched ballistic missile

👉On March 8, DPRK media reported that Kim inspected shipyards and “learned about the building of a nuclear-powered strategic guided missile submarine".

👉They would reportedly be armed with nuclear-capable Pukguksong-6 missiles with up to 12,000 km range.

🟠Destroyer Choe Hyon & Pulhwasal-3-31

👉DPRK edges toward sea power with the 5,000-ton destroyers Choe Hyon.

👉They would reportedly be armed with the nuclear-capable strategic cruise missile Pulhwasal-3-31, compared by some to Russia’s Kalibr and the US Tomahawk.

🟠Drones: Saetbyol-4 & Saetbyol-9

👉The Saetbyol-4 is a strategic reconnaissance drone resembling the US RQ-4 Global Hawk.

👉The Saetbyol-9 is named by experts as the US MQ-9 Reaper competitor.

👉DPRK troops in Russia's Kursk region have gained experience in modern drone warfare.

🟠Kim’s artillery

👉Nothing beats the good old howitzers and guns, as proven in artillery duels in the Ukraine conflict zone.

👉North Korea's key systems include D-30 & M-30 122mm howitzers, M-1989 170mm guns, M-1991 240mm MLRS, and KN-09 300mm rockets.

🇬🇪🗳 Georgian Dream Party wins elections in all 64 municipalities - CEC The ruling party received 81.6% of the vote nationwide, and mayoral candidates from the party have also won in all self-governing cities. Kakha Kaladze has won the Tbilisi mayoral election…
🇪🇺 🇬🇪 How EU's playbook failed in Georgia

The attempt to replicate the Romanian-Moldovan scenario in Georgia has failed - the Euroskeptic Georgian Dream party has won elections and thwarted a coup attempt.

Arno Khidirbegishvili, general director of the Georgian Information and Analytical Agency GEOINFORM, breaks it down for Sputnik.

🟠 EU playbook in Romania and Moldova

👉Previously, pro-EU forces won elections in Moldova and Romania amid numerous voting violations

👉In both cases, anti-establishment candidates were harassed and labeled "pro-Russian"

🔍Why Georgian Dream won

Since 2012 the EU has deceived Georgia with promises of imminent membership, but those fairy tales collapsed after Tbilisi refused be a Western pawn in the South Caucasus and placed its national interests above Western influence, Khidirbegishvili explains.

🔶 Botched coup in Tbilisi

After losing the elections, Georgian pro-EU politicians attempted a failed coup on October 4.

Most are corrupt ex-officials from Saakashvili’s cabinet who saw it as a last-ditch bid for power.

Paata Burchuladze, Murtaz Zodelava, Irakli Nadiradze, and others have been charged with attempting to overthrow Georgia’s constitutional order.

◾️ A leaked audio allegedly captures Burchuladze and former Defense Minister Bacho Akhalaia plotting “bloodshed” to ensure a coup

◾️ Zodelava, Saakashvili’s former prosecutor, was trained by George Soros-linked NGOs. He and others reportedly enjoyed support from the Zelensky regime

◾️ Hidden caches of weapons and explosives from the Ukrainian Army, sent via the Georgian Legion, were recently uncovered

Why the West backs the color revolt

💬"They want to overthrow [the government] because Georgia did not strike Russian bases in Abkhazia and South Ossetia, did not open a second front against Russia to divert certain Russian forces from Ukraine, and also did not join economic sanctions against Russia — which would have meant the suicide of the Georgian economy," the pundit explains.

🇪🇺 EU in denial

The West has provided grants, cash, and instructions to Georgian NGOs and youth. Now, the EU ignores real events in Georgia and spreads distorted information, effectively supporting radical actions.
