⚔️ NATO launches major nuclear drills

NATO's annual Steadfast Noon nuclear deterrence exercises began Monday, involving 71 aircraft from 14 countries, including US, German, Swedish, and Finnish forces.

Germany has deployed Tornado fighter-bombers capable of carrying US nuclear weapons.

The exercise "sends a clear signal to any potential adversary that we will and can protect and defend all allies against all threats," NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said.

President Putin has stated numerously that Russia has no intention of attacking NATO countries. The Western alarm is a political manipulation to distract from domestic issues, he said.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi announced that neither President Pezeshkian nor he will attend the Sharm El-Sheikh summit, despite Egypt’s invitation.

"We cannot engage with counterparts who have attacked the Iranian People and continue to threaten and sanction us," Araghchi wrote on X.

He added that Iran nevertheless welcomes "initiative that ends Israel's Genocide in Gaza and ensures the expulsion of occupation forces."

🚨🚫 Ukraine's terror plot against Russian Defense Ministry officer thwarted

A terrorist attack targeting a high-ranking officer of the Russian Defense Ministry in Moscow was planned by Ukrainian intelligence services in cooperation with ISIS*, the Security Service states.

🟠 The perpetrator was recruited by ISIS operative Saidakbar Gulomov (born 1979) to act on behalf of Ukrainian intelligence.

🟠 Gulomov reportedly coordinated the executor remotely from Ukraine and Western Europe via multiple foreign messaging platforms. He provided the operative with funds, information about the target, explosives, and components for an improvised explosive device, which were illegally delivered into Russia by Ukrainian intelligence using UAVs.

"Experts estimate that the IED’s power could have caused casualties within a 70-meter radius. According to the plan of the Ukrainian services, the executor himself was also expected to die,” the Security Service says.
