💬 “We are discussing for the first time the terms of Ukraine’s surrender, and the debate is whether this surrender should be an unconditional one or a surrender with certain conditions that Russia clearly finds unacceptable,” Italian political analyst Alessandro Orsini underlines.

He points out that the European Union is unwilling to recognize Russia defeated both Ukraine and the bloc itself.
