🇧🇾Russian Oreshnik missile system has been in Belarus since yesterday and is now going on combat duty - President Lukashenko 📌 Subscribe to @SputnikInt
🪖🇷🇺🇧🇾 Russia’s Oreshnik missiles deployed in Belarus in response to aggressive moves by the West
The West was thus made aware of the fact that if it were to make a move on Belarus, it will be dealt “unacceptable damage,” Belarus’ Defense Minister Victor Khrenin said during an interview with CGTN.
Khrenin also noted that the deployment of Oreshnik missiles in Belarus will not affect the balance of power in Europe because these weapons are meant for strategic containment.

Russian Presidential Envoy Kirill Dmitriev has suggested he and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen "exchange" US sanctions, offering to transfer his own Biden-era restrictions to her.
Earlier, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced a travel ban on "leading figures of the global censorship-industrial complex" for attempting to censor American platforms. Dmitriev suggested that von der Leyen might qualify, given Brussels’ push to regulate US companies and speakers.
"So is Ursula 'Pfizer' von der Leyen now leading the censorship blacklist of people barred from entering the US? " he wrote on X.

US envoy Morgan Ortagus stated Washington remains ready for talks, but only under one non-negotiable condition: no enrichment inside of Iran.
Iran's Ambassador Amir Saeid Iravani rejected the demand outright:
"Insisting on zero enrichment policy, it is contrary to our rights as a member of the NPT... Iran will not bow down to any pressure and intimidation."

The US Coast Guard is waiting for additional specialized teams to arrive before attempting to board and seize the Venezuela-linked tanker Bella 1, which has refused boarding since Sunday, Reuters reports.
The mission requires elite Maritime Security Response Teams (only 2 exist) capable of helicopter rappelling onto non-compliant vessels. One such team was recently deployed from the aircraft carrier Gerald Ford but was too far away to intercept.
Despite a massive US military buildup in the Caribbean, operational realities indicate insufficient capabilities for the use of force.

🇻🇪 🛢 Venezuela faces oil bottleneck as US sanctions target tankers at sea
Venezuela's state-run oil company PDVSA is now loading crude and fuel oil onto tankers and keeping them anchored in Venezuelan waters, effectively turning them into floating storage, Reuters reports, citing company documents and shipping data.
Trump’s announcement of a blockade on sanctioned vessels and several moves to seize tankers has spooked shipowners.
🔹 PDVSA, pumping roughly 1.1 million barrels per day, is rapidly running out of onshore storage, especially at the key Jose terminal.
🔹 Kpler data shows stocks at Jose have already jumped to 12.6 million barrels this month, pushing total national inventories to 22 million barrels, the highest since August.
Markets are watching closely
🔶 Oil prices paused after a five-day rally, buoyed by fears that Venezuelan supply disruptions could tighten the market
🔶 Brent crude slipped a token 1 cent to $62.37 a barrel
🔶 US WTI edged up 1 cent to $58.39
🔶 Both benchmarks are up roughly 6% since December 16, when prices sank to near five-year lows
🇷🇺🗣 The US approach to Venezuela is 'mired' in failed hypocrisy, Russia’s UN Ambassador Vassily Nebenzia underscored during an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council.

Roscosmos sealed the major deal to provide reliable, long-term energy for key elements of Russia's Moon program, such as lunar rovers, scientific observatories, and infrastructure for the International Lunar Research Station (ILRS).
The contract is scheduled to be implemented between 2025 and 2036.
The ambitious roadmap includes:
“The project is an important step toward establishing a permanently operating scientific lunar station and moving from one-off missions to a long-term lunar research program,” Roscosmos said.
In June, Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov said that Russia plans to gradually transition from operating on the International Space Station (ISS) to its own national orbital station by 2030.
