Commander Sever, who leads an S-300 anti-aircraft missile division, discussed how his unit destroyed an F-16 fighter jet in the special military operation zone.
"We thought through this operation for a very long time… It took two missiles. The first damaged it, the second finished it off."
Sever said they received new S-300 system in Dec 2024, and put it into combat by March 2025. His unit has engaged a huge number of ATACMS, HIMARS, guided bombs, and aerodynamic targets.
