1. 我不重要。即使我把某件事做得足够好，真正为我开心的人，除了我自己，这个世界上也没几个。我根本征服不了更多人，不是因为能力不够，而是绝大多数人都只关心自己。所以，去做一件事，能让自己产生快乐，窃喜，就足矣。别做“征服他人的白日梦，别给自己压力。”

2. 因为我不重要，所以我把某件事情做砸了，其实也不会被钉在耻辱柱上，抬不起头。所有的自我贬低都是你每天给自己的。我每天问自己尽力了吗?该怎么办?别人问起来如何回答?别人怎么看我?这些问题毫无意义。因为没人在意我，我做砸的事根本就没人在意，绝大多数人都不关心结果，他们甚至不关心你在做什么。

只要你不被自己打垮而停滞不前，继续认真生活个三五年，去做自己喜欢的，每天喜气洋洋自信满满，就没人会记得之前你做砸过什么。

“苛求自己”听起来是完美主义，其实就是“把自己看得太重要了，以为自己是世界的焦点”，你以为的失败其实屁都不是，放了就放了，一秒就稀释在了空气里。如果你并不是因为别人的看法而生气，只是因为自己不满意，只要不影响情绪那也没问题。

3. 可以努力，但不必非要成功。努力是你自己全身心投入去做了某件事，做到了是经验，失败了是教训。罗翔老师在采访里说过一段话:人生中大部分事情是你决定不了的，但是你一定要尽力。你要尽力而为，但要接受命运的安排，个体过于渺小，但一个人的人生最重要的事情就是认识到自己的禀赋，并朝着你自己的禀赋努力前行。

我告诉自己，我是一个很感性的人，对喜欢的事情容易融入情感，喜欢写点文字，如果有人喜欢并产生共鸣就是我的意义。如此简单，又力所能及，不要在意他人，只管照顾好自己的小情绪。

所以我好了，希望我们都能更好。
