好像很多人进入了一个人生误区-认为努力这件事是应该永无止尽的，于是用努力来填补所有的人生意义。

你想过没有，你的一辈子其实还有另一种可能性-可以努力一阵，达到某个目标，那就是你的人生，你充分享受它就好。无需再花更多时间去竞争，去挤破头，去把人生有限的时间花在努力这件事上。

我见过很多人，包括我自己在内。
在很长一段时间以为只要努力就能达成某个目标，但事实并非如此，努力是建立在一个人对世界的认知和天赋上的，也是建立在人的性格上的，不是所有人都需要在人生这条道路上跑马拉松的。

你想努力，投入了，达成了，那就去享受这份喜悦。但不要因为这份喜悦的获得，而突然想要更多。

当你想要更多的时候，你之前的努力都白费了，你不再珍惜过去自己得来的一切，你看不见眼前的幸福，你只顾着未来的成功。
考上了公务员，成为了科长，必须要升个副处，发现有人可以成为正处，那为什么我不行?
短短几个疑问句，自己的一生就耗费于此。稍微差池，可能连科长都保不住。

前两天见了一位前辈，聊到努力这件事，他说了一个比喻，我深以为然。
他说:不是每个人都有资格成为棋盘上的棋子，你打磨自己，修炼，拥有了某种技能，你终于被选中成为棋盘上的一员，你的人生其实已经达成了目的。
你坚守你的职责就行。但你一定要清楚，你只是一个兵，你可以前进或横行，但你不能后退，也不能像其他棋子一样马走日，相飞田。

很多人和公司获得一些成功之后，就误以为自己能靠自己的努力成为其他的棋子，我不甘心只做一枚兵，我还想成为相，成为士，成为王，在等待和做梦之间耗尽了大好时光。
如果你早认清自己只是一枚兵，你早就能意识到自己的乐趣。

或许你的每一步走得慢一些，但正是因为这种步步为营的移动方式，你能够保护自己和队友，策略性地控制局势。兵并不是软弱无力的，也正是因为兵的团结和配合，整个战局才能得以展开。

即使兵不能翻山越岭，但也能够欣赏到每一个风景的美好。或许不像将帅那样站在最前线，但每一步都在推动整个战局的变化。

你不需要认识更多的世界，你只需要认清你自己的能力几何。

你也不需要一直拼命努力，你只需要踏踏实实把你能做到的每一件事情做好。
