Maximilian Kolbe in all likelihood never was murdered by any German. He was an excellent friend of the Germans, wrote and preached pro-NS sermons and despised Jews and Freemasons. Fr. Kolbe and his church had a very good relationship with the local German troops, a large percentage of them attending masses there. Also that image of “him” in the uniform doesn’t look remotely like him
