As you know, we announced our new refund voting system awhile back to give our users some extra assurances when it comes to public sales and launches.
Unfortunately, we’re compelled by the conditions surrounding the Reign of Terror launch to offer a refund vote to the community.

The reasons are as follows:

1️⃣: Participants expected the Awakening launch within days of the public sale on StarLaunch - As of now, Awakenings hasn't launched yet
2️⃣: Participants expected to receive their Access Passes directly following the public sale - As of now, the passes haven't been distributed yet
3️⃣: Participants believed they were purchasing a Solana-based token - As of this writing, RoT is launching ERC-20 and BEP-20 tokens
4️⃣: Participants expected the launch to happen in the 1st or 2nd week of March - The launch is now planned for 5th of April

Response from the RoT team:

1️⃣&4️⃣: We’ve further expanded the design and redid some of the economy, so this unfortunately added onto the design and implementation time. We also ended up going full web on it since it had some optimization issues with our engine + web. We have the testnet right now and still want the community to try it after we feel more comfortable letting people in. We really want to let the community play as early as possible too, but we had to go through a few economic verification tests as well.
2️⃣: We still plan on sending them the passes. It’s just due to the added changes we made to Awakening, the passes wouldn’t have utility until they can go in the game.
3️⃣: The pushback on some of our potential collab projects and community members regarding using a Phantom wallet had been a lot higher than expected, with the decreasing sentiment there, we decided it would be better from a long-term security viewpoint to be on ERC20 and bridging from there.

StarLaunch remains confident that Reign of Terror intends to build and launch an enriching and immersive cyberpunk strategy game experience, and our experiences working with the RoT team have been genuine and positive. These folks are real gamers with a passion for building.

These changes aren't necessarily negative, and are done by the RoT team because they feel it's best for their token and ecosystem, so please consider the updates carefully before casting your vote.

That said, our charge is to our community, and as stated we’ll trigger a vote when there are significant changes to a launch occurring after our users have already purchased tokens.

How to vote?

2️⃣: Fill in your wallet address and cast your vote
3️⃣: If the majority of voters vote for a full refund (USDC + N2H4), we will open the refund function
4️⃣: If the majority votes no, we'll start collecting ERC-20 or BEP-20 addresses to distribute the tokens on TGE (5th of April)

More than a month ago, we facilitated the Private Sale for Supra Oracles - A upcoming Oracle solution that will launch their token on ERC-20, initially.

Since the $SUPRA token launches on ERC-20 and our platform is on Solana, we asked all our Cadets to update their Fractal account and add a single, valid ERC-20 address.

Unfortunately there's still 91 people who haven't provided their ERC-20 address to Fractal.

2️⃣ Check row F to see the status
3️⃣ If the status is OK - You have added a single ERC-20 wallet to your Fractal account and there's nothing to do
4️⃣ If the status is not OK - Please login to your Fractal account and make sure there's 1 single ERC-20 address added (no exchange address)
5️⃣ If you have multiple ERC-20 addresses in your Fractal account for whatever reason, please DM @SolCatcher or @Dayumxd the wallet that you want your tokens to be allocated to.

Without a single ERC-20 address on your Fractal account, you can't get access to your tokens, you will NOT be able to stake your tokens and you won't be able to claim your allocation.

‼️To ensure the $REIGN airdrop goes smoothly for the IDO participants on Solanium and StarLaunch, we would cut it off 1.5 hours before the listing time of 12pm UTC, which would be 10:30am UTC.

✔️So after the cutoff time, we'd check the addresses again tomorrow at 3am UTC and send out as soon as possible daily for one week.
