🔴 By the end of the year, we all need strength, so today we are walking around Kislovodsk (sour water). The city got its name due to the source of carbonated mineral water "Narzan". The name comes from the Kabardian "nart-sane" — "drink of heroes".
Kislovodsk is the greenest city of the Caucasian Mineral Waters.

Over the past 50 years, more than 100,000 trees of various species have been planted here, which is why the oxygen content in the air is high. Moreover, Kislovodsk is often called the "city of the sun". There are more than 300 sunny days a year here, which makes it one of the sunniest places in Russia, despite its location in a mountainous area.

Thus, this is an excellent resort city – water, sun and air, that's what really heals.
